Alright look this cymbal is simply amazing. I'm in a post hardcore/hardcore band and I think it sounds great from listening at my point behind the kit, and my two guitar players, singer, and bass player also love it! A lot of drummers like to ducktape the bottom of their cymbals to stop the overtones but this cymbal realy doesn't have much, it's great it cuts through every instrument with great sound and tone. I strongly reccomend it!

This ride is, without a doubt, very nice and high quality. Although I would not choose it as my first pick. First off, it has a lot of overtone to it, and it is not very pingy. The bell is very small and weak, providing a very minimal ping. This cymbal would probably work best for jazz players, but for those heavy/death metal players, you could definitely find a better choice.

I went through many rides trying to find the sound I was hearing in my head. I had many fancier models from Zildjian and Sabian. This is the one I heard someone playing (the 21" natural finish), and went, thats it! That's the one. It just has the sweetest sound with wood and nylon tips, excellent crashability, decent bell, and is very dynamic. I use it for funk, jazz, and rock. Such a simple looking cymbal, no fancy raw metal or lathing and hammering, but trust me, this is the one.

I bought the 21 inch natural finish Sabain AAX Stage ride and it sounds very good as a ride cymbal and can be crashed on quite nicely. I play in a pop-punk band so i crash on it a lot. Souds amazing. All of my Sabian AAX Stage series cymbals have worn well and still sound good after all of the pounding. Great price for the quality and performance it gives!

I bought this ride yesterday before my metal band's show yesterday and right off the bat i loved it. it has a very controllable amount of wash. its very pingy, the bell cuts and its very crashable. very happy

I found this cymbal didnt compare to the 22"Paragon that I am using. It didnt have the response or as much colour or overtones I cant see why you would need any muffling on this cymbal.

I've owned a 20" for 8 years now, and it gets better with age. The stick definition is unbelievable, the bell cuts through any decibel level, and the bow can crash and wash with the best of them. Brush it for jazz, or smash it for metal, it will suit you fine.

This is the best ride I have ever used. It can be used for mostly any type of music. It has a good ring after the hit. The bell has a nice ping to it. I would strongly recommend this ride.

Recently my school had purchased this ride over the summer, and although I am a zildjian fan, this ride is amazing. It has a brilliant sound that will mix in with anything and it has perfect bell with a nice ping and is definatly worth the price

This is the best ride I've ever owned. I've played many styles in my years. I went through metal, rock, jazz, funk. This cymbal fits it all. It isnt to defined unless you ride up near the bell. It is loud enough behind a band of guitars, basses, keyboards, back up singers, you name it. It has a nice wash to ride on and for soft subtle times that precision you need. Along with a A Custom Crash it sounds at its best. Im not a only sabian or only zildjian they both make great cymbals but as of rides zildjian doesnt compete.

This is VERY good Ride, But its kinda quite. The bell is amazing if you play metal type music. and also you gotta know how to hit this thing, if you hit it to hard your sticks will brake like crazy.
