Brilliant, focused cymbal sounds at a price that's right.
This pack includes five Sabian B8 Pro Rock cymbals: the 22" ride, 16" and 18" crashes, and pair of 14" hi-hat cymbals. The B8 Pro Rock ride has an intensely powerful sound with distinctly metallic stick definition and a crisp, cutting bell. The B8 Pro Rock crash cymbals are medium heavy, designed for high volume playing with bright, explosive, and full-bodied response. The 14" B8 Pro Rock hi-hat cymbals have a strong high-end power that is bright with a focused intensity that's direct, loud, and cutting.
Using a rapid-tech process called virtual cloning, Sabian creates B8 Pro models from master templates to form the consistently bright, focused, and effective sounds of more expensive Euro-brand cymbals. B8 Pro is pure quality bronze polished to a Brilliant Finish in a complete range of the most advanced cymbals available at affordable prices. These cymbals are produced with pinpoint lathing that creates a narrower groove for a fast, lively response on the top, while the traditional AA lathing creates a wider groove for a fuller, richer tone on the bottom side.

Just got that package and I gotta tell ya, it's AWESOME! Crashes are amazing. Just what you need. I also like the 22 ride very much! I can't get the sound that i want from the hats, but still it's also good. Overall, Great to begin or improve your old cymbal pack. Great value, worth every penny.
These cymbals are awsome for an intermediate drummer. They sound amazing for lower brand Sabians. The onlny thing that was annoying was trying to find a good sound for the hi-hats. I "Highly Recommend" keeping them very washy, but open just enough so you can hear a click when you use the pedal. Other than that they're perfect in every way.
I just got these today and put them up with my Sonor set and they go absolutely swimmingly with the set, my style, and just everything else you could ever even imagine. I had the B8 Performance set with the 20" ride, 16" crash, and 14" hi-hats, and an extra Paiste 18" crash. But this set is definitely about 25 notches above my old layout. The cymbals are so much thicker and just sound 100x better. And the price on this set is just ridiculous (in a good way.) I got it when it was on sale for so I REALLY got a deal. But still isn't bad at all for all that you're getting and at the quality level you get it at. Definitely buy this set.
good for the price. you get that and more. they are better than the zbt zxt zht. good price , strong and look good too
I have been playing drums for 20+ years used all types of cymbals and the B8 pro are the best. I have used aa, hh, and broke them all I'm a hard hitter at times and play every weekend the B8 pro rule and blast through the loudest stage volumes. This set of hats I use now are over 15 years old and just cracked and still going strong, So take it from me if your on a budget pro or not these at great cymbals.
