Includes a splash personally autographed by Neil himself.
This Neil Peart Paragon Complete Cymbal Pack comes with an 8" and two 10" splashes (including one held back to be personalized and autographed for you by Neil Peart), two 16" crashes, 18" crash, 20" crash, 22" ride, 19" and 20" Chinese, 20" Diamondback Chinese, and 13" and 14" hi-hat sets in a free flight case. Each cymbal in the Sabian cymbal pack features a brilliant finish.
The Paragon series blends 2 styles of lathing for a very balanced cymbal tone. Pinpoint lathing creates a narrower groove for a fast, lively response on the top, while the traditional AA lathing creates a wider groove for a fuller, richer tone on the bottom side.
Sabian Paragon Splash Cymbal
These are small, thin cymbals with fast, punchy responses and plenty of high-end cutting power. One 10" splash will be held back to be specifically autographed for you by Neil Peart!
Sabian Paragon Crash Cymbal
These medium-weight crash cymbals each have a large, volume-boosting bell and explosive response.
Sabian Paragon Ride Cymbal
This extra-heavy ride has a solid hand-hammered bell, which puts out robust, clear-cutting stick definition with a balanced blend of tone.
Sabian Paragon Chinese Cymbal
This set includes two different cymbals—the lighter, wide-flanged 19" with trashy sound and the small-flanged, more direct sounding 20".
Sabian Paragon Hi-Hat Cymbals
Each cymbal in the included 13" and 14" sets of hats has a medium weight, for fast, crisp responses and clean, bright, and well-defined sticking.
The cymbal pack is shipped in a free flight case featuring custom "Time Machine" artwork from the Rush album and tour of the same name.
Designed in collaboration with legendary Rush drummer Neil Peart, Paragon is a range of cymbals that—although designed for Peart's hard-hitting, high-powered style—deliver full, musical responses across a wide volume spectrum.

Comments about Sabian Neil Peart Paragon Limited Edition Cymbal Pack:
Won this set in the Daily Drum Giveaway... BLOWN AWAY...I don't play metal, but this set is extremely versatile! The ride is extremely heavy and loud, and can be used in most genres of music, with the exception of smooth jazz. The crashes project a ton, and are well matched. They are pretty deeply pitched, and work in ANY genre of music. The splashes are glassy and awesome-sounding, and the hi-hats are crisp and trashy when half-closed. And the chinas are dark and trashy, and the tambourine-china cymbal is weird, but cool. Since I was given these, I can't say much for the value, but it is obvious that they are VERY expensive. These cymbals are fantastic, and if the money isn't an object, buy them.
