Doesn't Stand the Test of Time...

Comments about Sound Percussion Labs SPC20 Cymbal Boom Arm:

This product is good what it made for; you can get your cymbals in just about any angle you want. The only problem I've had with it is that it will only last about 6-12 months. That may sound like a long time, but this kind of hardware, if made right, should last at least several years, if not a lifetime. I bought three of these within the last year, and two of the three are about unusable. The part where the vertical and horizontal parts meet (not the part with the tightening mechanism, the part where the factory actually secured the bottom pipe and the boom arm together) has come loose, causing the cymbal to move away from me as I play, which is not a good thing. One of these actually fell off and now remains useless. I would not suggest these if you want something to last more than a year.

Comments about Sound Percussion Labs SPC20 Cymbal Boom Arm:

I love this thing. It has a lot features that allow it to get your cymbals at almost any angle you want. The only problem is that it doesn't fit into a cymbal stand, so make sure you have the right hardware for it.

Comments about Sound Percussion Labs SPC20 Cymbal Boom Arm:

I was really impressed with this. when i say that this thing is super heavy duty, it's because it is. i have it set up at my church right now, and it has to put up with a 21 inch ride thats on it now, along with 4 drummers...like i said, i have no complaints;) $$GET IT$$
