This 8-Piece Sound Percussion Pro drum set includes two 22" x 16" kick drums, 10" x 8", 12" x 9", and 13" x 10" toms, 14" x 14" and 16" x 16" floor toms, a matching 14" x 5-1/2" snare drum with deluxe throw-off and a hardware pack, which includes all the necessary drum hardware to set it up and get playing.

Pro 8-Piece drum shell pack
The 8-ply basswood shells in this Sound Percussion Pro drum kit feature 45-degree bearing edges, black hoops and lugs, and double-ply drumheads. The toms come with suspension mounting brackets and heavy-duty tom arms. The suspension mounts allow the drums to resonate freely creating a more open tone that sings. The 2 kick drums are adorned with telescoping bass drum spurs for solid support.

This set is honestly great for a new drummer, i have been playing for 6 years now, an i got this set to play live shows! it sounds great, jus perchuse evans or remo heads, an you have a very nice kit!

Features:

The shells and most hardware are good and sound but the heads two diffrent beaters and one cymbal stand are not so good i switched the heads over and got new beaters and had to replace the stand because the other broke but i play metal so i am agressave playing

Quality:

Have had the drum kit for over 3 years now and only had to replace the heads and beaters and a stand everything elce can hold up to just about annything

Value:

Great price for the kit much better or beginners because you get 8 piecec wear others tou normaly ger 5 and its not doubble bass

Overall:

The overall with the kit is that its a great deal i do recamend replacing the heads, beaters, and the weeker stand but other than that it is great.

Features:

I hadnt played or owned a set in about 20 years and decided I wanted to get back into playing again and this set was perfect to start up again. I have added a better snare to it but other then that it is a great set.

Quality:

I have had no problems with the set at all.

Just cant beat it for the price, great value

Overall:

Once again overall a great product, I liked that the set was complete. The only extras I needed to buy were the cymbals and a throne. I bought a Zildjen ZBT4 cymbal set and had Plenty of cymbal stands, even had an extra one to add a cowbell to the set. I was not thrilled with the snare which I have replaced, I play metal and it was a bit tinny sounding so I bought a Tama metalworks snare  that I am much happier with. But great set for a beginner or for someone like me who is getting back into playing and wants a complete set.

Features:

This kit is awesome for begginers and some who have a slight drumming expierence! I've been playing drums for 2 months now. So please kids and new drummers, get this kit! \m/

Quality:

The quality of the shells are good. The hardware is nice and strong. The drum heads, not really good.

Value:

This is a good price, for a brand that is not the best in the world!

Overall:

I personally like the shells and harware. I only dislike the two different beaters, and the heads that come with the kit. I recommend getting new heads.Get whatever heads you like. I got Remo Black Suede coated heads on all toms. Remo Powerstroke 3 coated bass drum heads, and a Emperor X snare head. I recommend new pedals too. I recommend that beginners should get this kit! Rock on people! \m/ \m/

You'll need new kick pedals and drum heads.

Gorgeous kit, excellent hardware quality.

 

 

Just keep in mind that the two single pedals it comes with are really cheap, AND have different batter-heads. Also, the drum heads aren't the best, you'll probably wanna upgrade those.

 

Keep in mind that if you really do want a quality kit comparable to higher-end brands, you'll need:

 

Zildjian/Sabian/Paiste/Meinl cymbal package

Tama/Mapex/DW/PDP/Pearl/Gibraltar kick pedals

Remo / Evans drum heads

 

which means you're looking at an extra $400 - $600

 

That being said, whether you plan on upgrading this beast to make it more beastly, or keeping the pedals and the heads the way they are, it's worth it.
