A sturdy and versatile gig companion.

The Tama Stage Master Double-Braced Hi-Hat Cymbal Stand is loaded with features that give it the flexibility today's drummers demand.
      Swivel Foot

Since the foot pedal can be rotated around the tripod base, the Swivel Foot feature greatly expands floor space and set-up flexibility.

      Spare-the-rod

No more hi-hat rods getting bent out of shape during transport! With Spare-The-Rod, you can save your hi-hat rod from the rigors of the road by packing it in the specially designed upper tube section pipe.

      Non-loosening tension rod

The rubber insulator at the end of the rod prevents the rod from loosening as well as the noise cause by metal-to-metal contact.

      Toe Guard

The plastic cover protects the chain from toe action and vice versa.

      Security Clutch

When the T-nut is tightened, the clutch fixes the rod at three different positions, help tighten the rod efficiently and durably.

      Great features, but not durable

Comments about Tama Stage Master Double-Braced Hi-Hat Cymbal Stand:

i got this bute with a kit i bought from a friend. it was pretty much new when i got it and was pumped to see it had a swivle foot, however after playing a few shows the threads on the nut for the clutch completely stripped off. replaced that and had problems with the swivle foot. i play with the stand all the way up so the foot board is off the ground and the tiny alan set screw stripped off and leaves me a very upset person.

      Tama Stage Master Hi-hat

Comments about Tama Stage Master Double-Braced Hi-Hat Cymbal Stand:

I purchased this hi-hat stand, thinking it was a good value for the money. Specifically, wanted the swivel-foot so I could place my double -bass drum pedal next to it. When I actually tried it out, the third leg still got in the way of my bass drum double-pedal. I tried to swing it out of the way as far as it would go, but the third leg was so close to my foot playing the hi-hat it was uncomfortable. Also, the spring tension did not seem that strong. I have an old pearl model and the spring in that was stronger then this new one.May be good for beginner drummer, with only one bass pedal, but for double I would get at high-hat stand with two legs.
