Comments about Toca Freestyle Rainstick:
Overall, if you can get used to the rolling thing it is a nice stick for the price. I own a couple of Toca conga drums and I like the Toca brand products. This is a nice addition to my drums.
I bought the Boa Toca Rainstick. This is a nice looking rainstick. The color of the paint is bright and attractive. The sound of the stick will linger for a long period of time if you twist/roll while tilting. If you don't roll the stick, a good amount of the inside stuff gets stuck on the top part of the stick which makes you think that the sound is done and everything is on the bottom. Then when you move it to put it down some of the stuff gets unstuck and you accidentally get another sound of rain. This can be frustrating because usually this instrument is used on quiet songs. Also, it leaves a few tiny nails here and there (these may be what is used to make the sound), but I think all rainsticks leave a few droppings here and there.
This rainstick produces a nice sound.
I think it is a very nice product for the price.
