Seriously, poney up the bucks, lock yourself in a room for 2 hours and tweak out on the adjustements, and you will experience ultimate control over your bass drum.
Features.... That pretty much sums up this petal.
EVERY single aspect of this petal is adjustable.
If you are looking for a petal you can just pull out of the box and play, this is not for you. It took me close to a year to get this petal completely dialed in (mostly me being intimidated of it). If you give it the time, it's worth it though.
Built like a friggen tank. But light. I honestly think this petal will outlive me.
Well, you got to put some bucks out there for this one. Honestly, it's worth it.

Ok so most drummers by the time they've played for 10 or more years have tried to find the Holy Grail of virtually any percussive equipment known to man. It gets very expensive in our quest to find the best possible product for whatever application our playing styles demand. The Trick Pro V is without a doubt the best single pedal I've ever owned. My wife could probably tell you the make and model of every pedal that has come through our household along with the price tag and how many weeks of peanut butter and jelly we had to consume afterwards, however this may be the best money I've ever spent on "drumming" Yes the price tag is hefty and I would recommend trying it first at your local music store (i'm spoiled having the Memphis Drumshop right down the road) but at 325.00 nothing on the planet can equal the feel, response and shear speed this pedal can produce. Tama made a Kingbeat pedal back in the 80's which I still own, that is the closest pedal on the planet to matching this one. I'm not gonna knock the competetors products in this review, but lets just say they can't measure up to the quality and innovative design of the Trick. This pedal has infinite adjustment capabilities and can be dailed in quickly and accurately. Straight out of the box I was playing Bohnam triplets with ease( btw Ludwig Speed King pedals are very good too) but what really made me a believer in this pedal was/is there is virtually no fatigue playing this pedal. Seriously I can play for hours and my wrists and forearms wear out before my calf and shin muscles do.I'm not one to endorse many things, but this product gets 2 thumbs up and a Memphis salute from me! Do yourself a favor and at least try one out. Take time and experiment with the settings and soon you will dail in the Holy Grail of kick drum pedals.

Ok, I now own this pedal too, along with 10 others. This is one well made, TIGHT pedal. It's different from axis totally. It's faster than axis. It's actually the fastest pedal I've ever used. I think it's a great buy for metal drummers, BUT, while just keeping beats and regular drumming, I dont get the control as well as with the axis or iron cobra. This is an EXCELLENT product, buy it if u are a heel toe or slide junky! u wont regret. Heel toes are effortless on this. Almost wants to do them every time u depress. But not for the average drummer. Trick is for speedsters. Try different beater on it too. U will be happily surprised at your results. When i play zeppelin, i switch to Iron Cobra (right foot) Solo's are trick & axis all the way. Happy Drumming bro's

This is an amazing pedal. It is the smoothest, fastest pedal I have ever played. I tried axis pedals, but I found this pedal played much better. This pedal is very adjustable and easy to get on and off the kick drum. I would recommend this pedal to anyone looking for a high end pedal.

I would just like to first point out. For different size bass drums, it has a sliding piece to house all different size bass drums. It's Really easy to setup to. It's different levels of articulation fit the feel of other pedals. Yet have the best feel over all. Axis was doomed to one flaw for me. The spring snapped while at a show. Now though, these pedals have so potential. They'll never break. They aren't even powered by a spring. They are completely adjustable, and the most solid pedal I've ever experience. I just may have to give their drums a try too.

this is the best pedal I have ever owned and I have owned a lot... the features are infinately adjustable, and quality has been raised to a new standard.... If you are scared of new things keep playing your double bass 14 piece sonar kit...this thing is the direction all drum companies should be going... AWESOME
