Covers of cases have a built in storage compartment for extra heads and such.
I needed cases to store my drum set , when i was not using them. I did not gig, so I didn't need hard cases. The toms fit with the vibraband mounts with ease. The 9x12 wasn't available , so I had to buy the next size, which is a little larger, (9x13) but fits well. what I like the most is that it has a compartment in the cover for a spare head or two, or what ever you want to store.
The cases are well made and light, with enough padding.
good for the gigging drummer if you do not throw your stuff across the room. Honestly I don't know any one who does that.

In future purchases of other sizes to finish my kit, I look for this brand because of the extra head pouch and general design/features and reasonable cost.
Fabric with zipper top, and extra pouch on top for extra heads, or cables or what else you might need. Handles also for more convenient transportation.
No complaints! It may be too early to tell how well they will hold up. My guess is I'll die before the quality of construction will become an issue.
These bags are definitely a necessity for caring for your kit. What you pay for what you get should never make you think "I should have gotten something different".

Excellent bag for the money... strong and well made. I have several different brands of cases and these are my favorite soft cases for the money. They have two padded handles (one alligned in the direction from head to head, the other alligned across the drum) which makes carrying larger drums easy. Larger cases also come with a shoulder strap.
They also have a zippered pouch on the top for carrying a spare head. On my 18x16 bass drum case, I actually cut out the divider between the drum case and the spare head compartment, making one large compartment big enough to hold my bass drum and snare drum.
Well made and very strong.
Best case for the money.
