Perfect for the more advanced players

Comments about Vater Studio Drumsticks:

The lighter the stick, the less fatigue on the wrist ligaments and tendons, this stick is perfect. The tips tend to split as do all drum sticks, however, these don't break like lower quality ones, and when then do chip, it's not sharp as to hurt your drums.

The Best Sticks Ever

I have been drumming for over 30 years. I use traditional grip and being a VERY hard hitter, I was plagued with water blisters and deep bone bruises on my left hand. I found the thinner diameter of the "Studio" model stick to be a very nice, comfortable fit for my hand. It allows and even enhances great control, awesome grip and the shape of the tips are perfect for intricate rudiment work, tight snare rolls or booming tom fills.
