      I like the Vic Firth 1As a lot.
      Before these, I was using the Vater 1As, which are generally awesome sticks. After too many curvy Vater "bananas" though, I needed something else with an extra long length and medium-ish heft. The Vic Firths are a good substitute. The relatively bulbous taper wears very well, the tips don't chip as much, and they're consistantly straight. I use them for everything. :)

      Vic firth is a great brand they have amazing quality sticks no matter what size you use, i have had a pair of these sticks for weeks now, i am a hardcore player and haven't even broken the 1 pair I have. And I ordered another pair just in case! Worth every penny, i am going to buy another pair tomorrow too! I recommend these sticks to any drummer from first day of being a drummer to a player of 20 years! The only pair i will use.

                I absolutley love these sticks! They seem to be copies of the Tommy Lee Signature Series from many years ago. These sticks are longer than most at 17 inches.                               I personally use the 55A model. The sticks provide the versatility of a regular 5A and the attack of a pair of 5B sticks. These are the perfect sticks for me personally.
