You need a reason to buy? Try this: It took me 20 years to crack my 18". Yes, you read that right, 20 years! I bought my china in high school when Wuhan still did the logo with spray paint. I'm 40 now & it split just last week. You simply won't find a better authentic china sounding, more durable "in your face" brand than this. I'd buy 2 if I could.

I had an 18" Wuhan Regular China which sounded fantastic and loaded with musical over tones, but I had sold it a while ago.I figured I'd buy a new one with rivets; bad mistake. The china sounds very muffled and the rivet sound is hardly noticeable. It also feels much more cheaply made, as if the metal used was changed in making the cymbal. I also don't understand why the 20" is twice as much. Overall, I'd wished I had bought a 20" regular china than this.

Comments about Wuhan China Cymbal with Rivets:
Hit it soft or hard it sounds great. Just the diamond back sound I have been looking for and blends in nicely with aax cymbals.

Comments about Wuhan China Cymbal with Rivets:
I love this cymbal!!! This is the only China that has that authentic oriental sound. I wouldn't trade it for any other China out there. If you want a china get a Wuhan!!!! They're the best. Trust me, I know what I'm saying!!! lol
Comments about Wuhan China Cymbal with Rivets:
I love this cymbal! its got an awesome trashy sound and it the rivets sizzle after you hit it. It sounds great but its pretty thin, hasnt dented or cracked yet (i have only had it for 1 week)which is good but it does sound very good. Buy it its worth it.
Comments about Wuhan China Cymbal with Rivets:
This cymbal is amazing, sounds soo good if you're looking for a trashy sound. amazing price and good quality. I bought the 22 inch and it is the best cymbal I have so far. The rivets really help it sound trashy and have a sizzling effect. Very good for Death Metal, Metal, anything HEAVY and low. Amazing for BREAKDOWNS!!! :D
Comments about Wuhan China Cymbal with Rivets:
I have a big kit--4 timbales, 6 toms, 11 cymbals--and I have 3 Wuhan splashes and 2 Wuhan chinas (and a few from other manufacturers) among my Zildjian A Customs. And my Wuhans never let me down. I wish I could play them more often in the style I'm working in! Just don't BASH them. Let them sing out out. Activate them--don't beat them. Treat them lightly most of the time and they will be more able to accept the hard bash when it's time! I love my 18" riveted cymbal and it makes a nice addition to my big kit. I just might buy another as an alternative ride.
Comments about Wuhan China Cymbal with Rivets:
this is a great cymbal. although it is thin, but it doesnt take much to get sound out of it so unless you are a beast its not going to crack as some may say.
Comments about Wuhan China Cymbal with Rivets:
I had it for about 4.5 months and it sounded great! but during that time it started dent like no other, but i thought it was fine...and it finally cracked. I like it a lot its cheep, good sounding, and quite vercitile, and some what durable comparing to how hard i hit it. BUY THIS!!
Comments about Wuhan China Cymbal with Rivets:
i got this cymbal about five months ago and my band and i was greatly satisfied with the sound of this cymbal, i play in a deathcore band that uses alot of breakdowns, and no breakdown would be without a china, i have two chinas on my set, the 20 inch wuhan rivit and a 18 inch sabian china, the sabian is much louder but the wuhan gives that satisfying trashy crash followed by the sizzle of the rivits. the downside of this cymbal...its fragile...very fragile, within a month on owning it i put a small crack in the edge and now five months later that crack has become a much larger crack, i am debating on buying a brand new wuhan china or looking for another china that would last longer, i have had my sabian for 2 years and its fine. I would recommend buying this cymbal all the way, especially if you use chinas alot, despite it being a bit frail you cannot argue with the sound, ill probably buy another to replace mine in another month or two.
