Great Cymbal at Unparalled Price - Should Cost way more than what it's priced for

I love this cymbal!! It's not even a "crash ride" so they might as well get rid of that part...but it's a pure crash cymbal!! I have an 18" AAXplosion crash and 17" HHXtreme crash and it blends beautifully!! I'd much rather buy 2 of these, make a homemade O-Zone and go to the studio!! I'm serious!! I love this cymbal!! Would recommend it to anyone who asked me about it!!

this is a nice cymbal, but unless you play very softly it is really more of an effect type cymbal and not something you would use regularly
I usually really like the wuhan cymbals. This one is so thin though that unless you are a soft player it doesn't really work as a crash or a ride. There is also not much of a bell.
for the money, wuhan does make some nice stuff.and this seems to be a decent enough quality cymbal
for cymbals this cheap , its worth taking a chance on.

Comments about Wuhan Crash/Ride Cymbal:
This is a great crash cymbal for the money. The sustain is amazing. The overtones are music to my ears! IT IS NOT A RIDE CYMBAL! If you want a ride cymbal, buy a ride cymbal. I also have a 14 inch china that I have had for 15 years now. I have been a professional-working musician/educator for over 25 years now, and I have pushed for many of my students to buy Wuhan cymbals. The cymbal sets, rock splash sets are amazing, and the finish is brilliant! If you need to satisfy your ego and have "name brand" cymbals, go ahead and spend several hundreds more. Wuhan has the competition beat hands down. To me, Wuhan IS a major, competetive brand name. I would gig with a complete set of Wuhans if my set was equiped with them. Wuhan is the best kept secret! Keep up the phenominal work! I hope more musicians from novice to pro give Wuhan a chance.
The bottom line is that my two Wuahn cymbals compliment my Zildjian and Sabian cymbals EQUALLY.

Comments about Wuhan Crash/Ride Cymbal:
I am fairly new to drumming, and while I haven't quite mastered anything yet, I have quickly figured out what sounds I like, especially when I compared this to my original drum cymbals (no-name specials), and the ZBT line. To me, the Wuhan has a warmer sound, more than enough sustain.. and it is VERY well priced. I now have 3 Wuhans, and looking to get rid of my last ZBT around the holidays. BTW, I am not using the 18" as a ride, only as a crash.

Comments about Wuhan Crash/Ride Cymbal:
This cymbal is beautiful. A great finish, a terrific sound. I have a fellow studio musician that swears by his K Customs, and then I let him borrow my 18" Wuhan New Traditional Crash Ride, and I have offically converted a sworn K Custom user. His kit now has both K's and Wuhans NT. They are beautiful.

Comments about Wuhan Crash/Ride Cymbal:
This is defiantly a crash, not much ride! This is a great cymbal for the price. It's way better than any of the B8's and zbts that I have played! I first bought a 16 in crash and love it so much I bought this cymbal.

Comments about Wuhan Crash/Ride Cymbal:
This cymbal is defiantly different. Very jazz appliciable. For just over $70, I highly recommend getting this, unless you're willing to pay a lot for a heavier crash that you can ride on. It's very loud, but I think it will get a more mature sound and quiet a tad. Very long sustain. has a trashy/washy sound that you wouldn't normally expect from a crash or ride. but I still love having it.It seems very sturdy, so I don't think it'll be cracking soon.
Comments about Wuhan Crash/Ride Cymbal:
Quite Frankly, this is the best crash/ride that can be had for its price! the sound is very crisp and washy, great for riding it on music breakdowns. the quality is great, very profesional and feels like it'll outlast some of my other crashes! will be looking into upgrading to all Wuhan cymbals soon.
Comments about Wuhan Crash/Ride Cymbal:
So I already wrote what I had to say in the wrong box.. sorry!!
This thing is great!! It's lasted me since last Christmas so a good 14 months!! I think that is great for the price of this thing!! I am a hard hitter, with good technique and surprisingly its still sounding great!! The crash ride has a very washy and nondistinctive ping when riding on it, and the crash it loud, cutting, and a little trashy!! It's beautiful, and its flexible, I beat the heck out of it and it absorbs the hit and releases a wall of sound! This is on my left side and use it as and accent crash but I've experimented with using it as a main crash for a day or two.. personally it would work best as a accent crash as for it scares me that using it as a main crash would break it.. eventually!! I extremely recommend!! Just I don't recommend their Chinas because they don't have the quality this crash has! One thing negative is over time It bends just abruptely around the rim from being so thing but it is barely noticeable and is great! If you want to see it in use.. go to my youtube and watch a cover!
Comments about Wuhan Crash/Ride Cymbal:
I feel in love with the Wuhan cymbal line when I purchased their splashes and china cymbals. I believe their splash cymbals are some the best I have ever heard. That being stated, I was excited to try out my first Wuhan crash cymbal. When I received the cymbal and got it out of the box, I struck it with my hand and was greeted with gong-like undertones and what I would consider a very "washy" cymbal. I agree with other reviewers and don't really recommend to be used as a alternative ride cymbal. The cymbal does generate a nice ping, but that is quickly overtaken by the wash created when the cymbal is struck. As a crash it is not a quick and explosive cymbal but seems to build in intensity when struck. Riding a crash is very popular these days and I think this is where this cymbal really shines. I have only played it a few times so I can't comment on its durability, but if it's anything like my Wuhan splash and china cymbals, it should give me a long period of use.
