Another crafted Zildjian wonder! Attacks fast, with authority, yet sizzles a tad and releases. Exactly what is desired in a fast crash. I also have an 18" ZHT fast crash, and they differ in tone just enough to create pitch diffs in multiple crashes. Love 'em.
Another bomb-proof Zildian cymbal. Been playing off and on for over 25 years, and still have yet to break a cymbal...I have trouble understanding how folks do (breack/crack them). Maybe I'm striking them correctly?
ZHTs are wonderful cymbals for those who want Zildjian sound and quality, yet don't want to shell out a boat-load of coin for the A's or Ks (I have sevel from those lines too, but love the sound of ZHT crashes!).

I've been a drummer for over 40years and have looking for that 60's sound of new cymbals just to replace my older ones that have cracks and have a dull finish to them. It took me a while to find just the right ones but wow. This cymbal is perfect and very close to what I was using. It has the perfect pitch and decay of my 60's crash cymbal. I would recommend this type cymbal to everyone!

Comments about Zildjian ZHT Fast Crash Cymbal:
Bottom line, this cymbal is amazing. In terms of responsive, you can't beat this cymbal. When you crash it there is no weird lag or feel of hitting a brick wall like a larger ZBT. If i were anybody looking into ZBT or ZXT just wait and save for any ZHT. They are bright, fast(like the name says), and could compare to an A or maybe even A custom. For anybody who says bad about this cymbal they are completely wrong i couldn't say one bad thing. i hit hard and have had this cymbal almost a year and not even a minor dent and i play almost every day. In the studio this cymbal kicks butt it cuts straight through everything else when and quickly dies away. All in all, i would say this cymbal for the money is the greatest cymbal ive ever played, there is not one thing wrong and everything right don't think twice about another cymbal.

Comments about Zildjian ZHT Fast Crash Cymbal:
Bought the 14" cymbal and was happy with the sound, but when hit, it had a mildly audible overtone that killed the sustain and the "shimmer" of the cymbal's sound. I read that dampening the cymbal some (like with tape or a half of a moongel) it would be solved, but it got worse. not sure what to do. But, I love it, and it is just thin enough to be wailed on, (the way I like to play). Overall good cymbal, and would recommend to a friend.

Comments about Zildjian ZHT Fast Crash Cymbal:
I've had a 14" ZHT for almost 3 years now, no cracks, dents, and still going strong. My cymbal set up consists of bigger cymbals and all of them Cast Bronze cymbals from Zildjian, reason I have a small sheet bronze 14" ZHT Fast Crash, is just because it's that great of a cymbal. If you want that strong yet rapid decay crash sound, get this, especially if you don't have much money to spend. Point being, you won't regret it!

Comments about Zildjian ZHT Fast Crash Cymbal:
This is a great cymbal for the price, you really can't beat it. My only problem was with the durability: I'd only had this cymbal for 4 months and hadn't used it heavily at all and it formed a hole witch became a giant crack in a couple of days.
Comments about Zildjian ZHT Fast Crash Cymbal:
I love my (16") ZHT fast crash. I recently upgraded from some older Paiste cymbals, and looking for a nice but cheap upgrade I ran into this. The sound is excellent, cutting, and has nice washy overtones. It is bright, but not so bright that it doesn't blend with more mellow sounding cymbals.I would recommend this to anyone looking for a great cheaper cymbal that won't let you down!
Comments about Zildjian ZHT Fast Crash Cymbal:
I got this cymbal the other day because I had a gig and needed another cymbal fast so i tried this one out and its PERFECT! let me tell you what the cymbal is AWESOME! I have never heard a cymbal like this for the price! If you are someone on a budget defiantly consider this cymbal!
Comments about Zildjian ZHT Fast Crash Cymbal:
I recently ordered this cymbal (14") from musicians friend, and it's amazing. It has a great splashy sound to accent fills, and sounds extremely unique (in a good way) in double bass parts I play. It is pretty thin, but it seems to be taking the beating well. Overall, buy this cymbal!!
