ARC Room Correction System
Evening out room acoustics in recording environments is a breeze with the groundbreaking ARC System. In the world of music recording, the combination of monitoring audio speakers and the room's acoustics can be the biggest barrier to accuracy. Instead of hearing the music you are producing, you actually get a distorted sound created by the partial absorption of output reflected in the walls, ceilings, furniture, and surrounding objects in the recording studio. With many digital audio workstation home recording situations, this has been especially troubling until the arrival of the ARC Advanced Room Correction.

IK Multimedia and sound equalization solution leader, Audyessy, have teamed up to give you the first room correction software system in a plug-in form for DAW studios, the ARC System. What is it? Using Audessey's MultEQ technology, the included calibrated measurement microphone, audio measurement software, and multi-platform correction plug-in measures acoustical information throughout the listening area of your studio. The ARC system sniffs out the sweet spots and dead area then combines this collected information to correct both time and frequency response problems, so audio engineers and home recording artists alike get a clearer, more reliable representation of your musical mix. With the ARC System, the improvement in your studio sound will be fairly instant and can be adjusted when new bodies, instruments, and other objects change the acoustic properties of your recording space. IK Multimedia T-RackS 3 Deluxe is a DAW mastering and mixing software package consisting of 9 analog-modeled and digital Dynamics/EQ processors. Able to work as a standalone application or plug-in,depending on your needs, T-RackW 3 has all the tools you need to create superb, tube-toned or digital-tuned, mixes and masters. Its rich, warm sound combines new tube-modeled and state-of-the-art digital processors on top of its top-notch analog classics. An added modular chain gives you full control and easy navigation/compare features. T-Racks 3 Deluxe features new complete metering section keeps all the most important variables of your sound under control. A truly superior mastering and mixing system that will put a polish on your tracks you may have never thought possible. All this, while adding the beautiful warmth and space of the tube devices it emulates.

Note: All current owners of T-RackS 3 Deluxe suites also have access to the individual modules (included in the package they purchased) as a free download from their IK user area. T-RackS 3 also comes with these four Classic T-RackS processors:

IK's breakthrough SCC (Sonic Character Cloning) technology:
SCC has been developed to "clone" the true behavior of an analog vintage processor down to its finest level of sonic detail for a faithful reproduction of all its tonal characteristics. This emulation technology produces results that are indistinguishable from the originals, even for the professionally trained ear.

Many pieces of vintage gear tend to have original and interesting circuit topology, due to the creative solutions that engineers were sometimes forced to put into place in order to overcome the limitations of components' technology. Vintage components' technology (many of which can't be found anymore because their technology became obsolete and un-economical) as well as their aging (some of the best sounding devices are 40-50 years old) played fundamental roles in giving these devices a unique musicality that is what the purist would define to be "the unmatched" by even the most advanced processors today. And finally, many of the unique sonic characteristics of these magnificent vintage units sometimes depended on erratic and unpredictable behavior of their electronics that would be considered unorthodox and unusable by today's science and standards.

SCC technology has the ability, through a new sound analysis method developed by IK, to integrate all of the above and turn it into a mathematical algorithm that, for the first time, is able to take into consideration all of these complex variables and get an exact "clone" of the original. This is software emulation evolved to a sound quality never heard before. Sounds so close to the real thing that you won't be able to tell the difference.

CSR Classik Studio Reverb
IK Multimedia Classik Studio Reverb is a suite of high-end, studio-quality reverbs modeled after popular outboard classics. Classik Studio Reverb (CSR) gives you 4 types of high-quality reverb plug-ins: Plate, Room, Hall, and Inverse. Each type is designed to emulate the sound of an acclaimed studio reverb unit, delivering the quality and character top engineers have used for years. Each one gives you plenty of options, especially in Advanced mode, which gives you up to 100 reverb parameters to tweak, plus the 8x8 Modulation Matrix. Choosing Easy mode puts only the most commonly changed controls on the front panel of the plug-in: Mix, Diffusion, Reverb Time, Low Frequency Gain, High Frequency Cutoff, and High Frequency Dampening.

The Classik Studio Reverb has the look and feel of a typical effects rack with all the necessary controls on the panel. It supports automation and has macro controls that can be used to create complex sweeping changes. All knobs and macro controls can be automated through your host's sequencer.

VST, RTAS, and Audio Unit formats are included for Mac and PC, allowing CSR to work as a plug-in with popular virtual studio environments such as: Cubase, Logic, Pro Tools, Digital Performer, Sonar, Ableton Live, and more.
