The New Fender American Deluxe Series Has Arrived!

Tradition-Innovation: Top-Of-The-Line, American-Made Guitars and Basses With Refinements For 2010

The new Fender American Deluxe Series that includes Stratocaster and Telecaster guitars plus Precision and Jazz Basses incorporates evolutionary advances while retaining the look and feel that have made them legends. Enhancements on the Strat and Tele include N3 noiseless pickups, a compound-radius fretboard, high-mass tremolo block, locking tuning keys, and 22 medium-jumbo frets. The S-1 switching system has been beefed up with more pickup combinations than those provided by standard 5-way or 3-way switches. The basses are also armed with the N3 Noiseless pickups, a newly designed preamp voiced expressly for the N3s, an active/passive preamp switch, and a new string retainer with an increased string-to-nut angle for greater resonance. With stunning new finishes and cases upgraded with glass-reinforced latches and TSA-approved locks for added security, the new Deluxe Series represents another bold step in Fender's legacy.
