Comments about Luna Guitars 6-String Baritone Ukulele:

I bought one a few years ago with a Musicians Gear Uke Case. It doesn't have a truss rod and we have the worse weather out here on the prairie with hot and cold temperatures, high humidity. When I got it the top began to warp between the sound hole and saddle so the strings became to high to play the fingerboard. I ordered a bone bridge and shaved one down when I needed to adjust the string height. I was writing and producing for a singer and actually used it on a track. I have an issue with G strings popping off on my nylon guitars in the springtime and makes no difference the quality? Two months after my warranty expires I open my case and the bridge had popped off? I noticed the bridge wasn't anchored down and was getting some weird buzzing on the top. I was in a recording session the year before so with duct tape and paper towels I muted the vibration on the back side until the buzzing stopped. I finally got a take I could use and Murphy's Law took it's toll. I called Musicians Friend and got a receipt and my warranty expired. They gave me the Dean Home Office in Tampa and they told me to send Doug or somebody pictures. The worker in China didn't put enough glue on the bridge and it looked like a six year old applied it. Short story, "I got no love from Dean". I sanded off the old glue on the bridge and applied some Elmer's Wood Glue for three days. It worked fine and I was able to take the duct tape off the back. Lesson is, look for cracks and let these baby's sit outside the box for a few months so they adjust to the temperate zone.

Took first one to repair shop. Neck was warped, so bad quality playing first three frets. Recommended I send it back. Replacement is terrific.

Comments about Luna Guitars 6-String Baritone Ukulele:

The 3 nylon strings do not have the same consistency as the wound strings, but not using it for recording or performing, so it's ok for jamming with other ukuleles.
