The Wazoo Kazoo looks funny -- which is real plus when considering a kazoo for classroom or stage use. In addition to its musical qualities, the Wazoo Kazoo is a great conversation piece.
However, if you really need loud sounds from a kazoo, humming louder works just as well as the removable megaphone.

I received this Kazoo on Christmas and was very happy, it worked fine and had great sound but after about 15 minutes the little paper came out, I may not be a Kazoo craftsman but I cannot, for the life of me fix it, if I can fix it I will be a very happy costumer

It's a kazoo folks. And what a kazoo it is! The Wazoo is AWESOME. Hands down my favorite I've owned, and I've played metal ones, plastics, and dirt cheap ones. The tone of the Wazoo's plastic kazoo with the bell off is already really good, and with it on, you are all set to annoy anyone within a 20ft radius.
The bell not only makes your playing a lot louder, but also helps open up the tone of the kazoo so it's less shrill- more like an actual instrument than the most annoying piece of plastic ever invented. For jamming around, the Wazoo makes for a fun sub-in for a big-band trumpet solo.
Tons or fun and worth every penny. I'll probably be buying more soon.

I bought a dozen red Wazoo's for our 'Red Hat Society' chapter. We are creating a 'Wazoo Band'. Love the megaphone attachment so we can be heard in a parade.... do with they had them in purple too tho!

Like the review under me said, I cant believe no one else reviewed this. Its a standard, well working kazoo with a lot of strength, but it has a huge bell. The bell is made of a molded plastic the may eventually split, but duct tape will be all that it will need. Back to the product, it is a must buy. You can control tone a LOT better than a normal kazoo, and it is certainly louder, what with the bell. Good price, good sound, good features. Go get it!

I can't believe no one's reviewed this yet. The kazoo is already a viable instrument but the Wazoo goes even further. The bell can be muted with the hand for wah-like sounds but I also find the increased resonance of the added bell provides superior sound for contact mics, etc. No, it's not flashy or "cool" but for those situations where you're uninspired or where you just need a sound source, it comes in handy. You can even hook the megaphone part up to a sax mouthpiece if you really want to annoy someone... hahaha!
