The Lanikai LU-21TE Ukulele is based on the best selling Tenor Uke offered by Lanikai with added professional grade Belcat UK2000 electronics for playing in louder environments. This handcrafted tenor ukulele is made with Nato wood (otherwise known as eastern mahogany) on the top, back, and sides. When this wood choice is paired with the rosewood fingerboard it brings out a mellow tone with an enhanced midrange that is often missing in instruments at this price point. The LU-21TE also comes with die-cast tuning machines geared 14/1 for easy tuning.
Even if you've never played ukulele before, get ready for a world of fun with this Lanikai uke. It's an addicting instrument that can be taken anywhere. If you can play one uke you can play them all.
