Tone as warm and clear as an island sunrise.

This soprano ukulele has a sweet sound and authentic craftsmanship that brings to mind the most traditional Hawaiian ukuleles. This model has a highly radiused top and back and a super thin gloss finish for a more expressive tone.

The soprano ukulele features all-solid mahogany on the front, back and sides that's carefully graduated, a one-piece mahogany neck, and a bone nut and saddle.

The uke also comes with deluxe adjustable friction tuners and D'Addario strings.

Features

  • Solid mahogany top, back & sides
  • One-piece mahogany neck
  • Deluxe adjustable friction tuners
  • Bone nut and saddle
  • D'Addario strings

Head for that island sound. Put it in the cart.

Nice sounding uke!

By YYZ-GubNr

Comments about Silver Creek All Solid Soprano ukulele:

This ukulele has a nice gloss finish and a very pleasant resonant tone thanks to solid mahogany construction. I compared this uke to 1 of the new $49 Ibanez Soprano ukes made of laminates & the Silver Creek won out in EVERY category. The only thing I would change about this uke are the friction-type tuning machines . They work well enough, but could be better. This uke is a bargain. On a side note, I think these ukes are actually made by the Koloa Co. under the Silver Creek name for MF. It arrived in a Koloa box. If you are looking for a quality solid wood uke for not a lot of $, the Silver Creek Soprano ukulele is a great choice!

Sweet sounding all solid uke

By Anonymous

Comments about Silver Creek All Solid Soprano ukulele:

I bought this uke because it was the cheapest all-solid wood instrument I could find. Besides slight workmanship issues (their is a little glue visible in the instrument and the neck joint has the slightest paint issues) the instrument is perfect. It sounds great and looks nice too. The tuners are 1:1 so it is not the easiest thing to tune, but its not that difficult. The tuners look kind of cheap, but hold the instrument in tune quite well. Don't be put off by the relatively unknown brand name. This is a sweet little instrument that plays like a much more expensive one.

Decent for price

Comments about Silver Creek All Solid Soprano ukulele:

Got mine today. Nice gloss finish, a little thick which dampens sound a bit, wood looks beautiful though. Came with a bone nut and bridge but both were set up too high from the factory. In addition, I think it came with the Nygut strings, which have a little thicker 3rd string, and mine buzzez in the nut (not a big deal - any uke under $200 probably needs a little set up work). I'm keeping it, and feel it was a fair price, for the wood alone. For a good cheep uke, check out the Lanikai u21. Mine came set up great out of the box, and sounds real good (about as good as the silver creek, and a lot cheeper - not solid wood though)
