Comments about Suzuki F-64C Fabulous Chromatic Harmonica:
It's air-tight, alright. But, sometimes I like my mouth harp a little leaky - for the mojo of it all. This baby sure is shiny and it better be since I took out a second mortgage just to try it out. And I like a nice shiny, new tin sandwich between my lips as much as the next fella, but I'd say this one is a bit too bitter and metallic for my taste.
All in all, you're getting a pretty decent Mississippi saxophone when you go with a Suzuki F-64C. The last little complaint I have about it is that little knobby that sticks out the right side. I kept getting my lip stuck on there so I just pulled real hard on that guy and it snapped off pretty clean. No more lip snags.
I'll probably just stick with my Hohner mini harp that I can carry on my keychain - that's real handy - although it's quite cumbersome to practice when the keys are in the ignition. I can use the nice clear notes on this new Suzuki to help with tuning my banjo.
