The Suzuki Overdrive expands the range of a 10-hole diatonic harmonica to all the chromatic notes. Precisely placed holes in the harp's top and bottom cover plates yield thick beautiful overblow and overdraw notes without years of practice.
Although harmonica players have been bending notes for more than a century, it has only recently been discovered that when you draw bend, it is the blow reed that makes the bent note. Conversely, when you blow bend, it is the opposite blow reed in the same air channel that creates the bent note.
With a little practice, the Overdrive harp will have you blowing and drawing notes with greater control and much bigger volume than any other harmonica you've ever played.
Suzuki includes a custom, deluxe carrying case with the Overdrive Harmonica.

I Just got mine today and have to admit it's the most versatile harp I've ever played and the best sounding too, bends are super easy and smooth, I've been playing harp and guitar for 48 years and it takes a lot to impress me as much as this does, and it still plays like a regular harp when you dont overblow it. Way cool !!!!!

THESE OVERDRIVES ARE THE BEST MOST VERSATILE HARMONICAS IN MY COLLECTION. THEY WILL ALLOW YOU TO DO THINGS THAT MOST HARMONICA PLAYERS ONLY DREAM OF ACHIEVING. OVERBLOWS RIGHT OUT OF THE BOX. OTHER SPECIAL EFFECTS THAT YOU WILL HAVE TO DEVELOPE ON YOUR OWN. I OWN MANY DIFFERENT HARMONICAS BUT NONE WILL DO WHAT THESE DO.I HAVE A SET AND HAVE BEEN PLAYING THEM EVERY DAY FOR SEVERAL YEARS WITHOUT ANY PROBLEMS. AS THE OTHERS HAVE WENT FLAT ETC, THESE SUZUKIS ARE STILL GOING. JUST LIKE THE E-BUNNEY. IF YOU WANT TO BE THE BEST. GET THEM. GET A FULL SET.

I HAVE SEVERAL SETS OF HARPS INCLUDING SPECIAL 20s, LEE OSCARS, GOLDEN MELODY AND CHROMATICS AND I PLAY EVERY DAY. THIS IS THE BEST MOST VERSITAL HARMONICA ON THE MARKET. SUZUKIS ARE CRISP, LOUD AND LAST FOREVER BUT THIS PARTICULAR ONE, THE (OVERDRIVE)ALLOWS A BEGINING PLAYER TO PLAY BENDS AND OVERBLOWS RIGHT OUT OF THE BOX. BENDS SEEM TO BE LEARNED PRETTY EASY HOWEVER, OVERBLOWS ARE NEAR IMPOSSIBLE FOR SOME PEOPLE AND REQUIRE CRITICAL ADJUSTMENTS TO THE READS. WITH THIS HARP YOU JUST COVER THE HOLE OF THE NOTE TO OVERBLOW OR OVERDRAW AND IT'S LIKE MAGIC. ADDED BONUS IS THAT IT GOES TOGETHER WITH JUST TWO SCREWS MAKEING FOR AN ADJUSTMENT IN A COUPLE OF MINUTES IN STEAD OF FIVE. THIS ALONE IS WORTH THE FEW EXTRA BUCKS. IT WOULD BE A BARGAIN AT TWICE THE PRICE.
