Washburn

The M120 has superior tone and more volume than traditional style mandolins.

Bluegrass Legend Richie Owens collaborated with Washburn in developing the M120 Mandolin. It features a traditional but slightly deeper F-style body with a solid spruce top. The body is carved, solid flamed maple that has a beautiful sunburst finish. The 24 fret neck, bridge, and saddle are all made out of ebony, producing a superior tone. The Washburn M120 also features gold plated hardware, and mother-of-pearl inlays.

Great First Mando

By Stringalong...

Comments about Washburn M120 Richie Owens F Style Mandolin w/case:

This is a Fine Instrument. I pulled this Mando out of it's hardcase, looking for any problems. The finish on this Mando was spot on. I couldn'tfind anything to complain about. Next, I tuned it up and found the setup really nice. The intonation is real close to perfect. The best part is playing this Mando. I have played some Gibson Mando's and really like the feal of the slightly wider neck demensions. The sound of this Mando is great! I'm really glad I got it.
