Comments about Mighty Mite MM2904 Telecaster Replacement Neck with Rosewood Fingerboard:

This neck was almost perfect right out of the box. It fit my MIM Tele's neck pocket nicely, there are no sharp fret ends, the nut slots are right where I want them and at the proper depths, and my tuners went into the headstock easily. The frets are shorter than I thought they'd be (.036"), but that's fine with me.

I found only three minor flaws:
      1. One half of one fret was slightly high. That was a very pleasant surprise, as I'd assumed that I'd have to level all 22. It only took a couple of minutes to file and re-crown one fret.
      2. The nut is a bit "grabby" on two strings. Another easy fix.
      3. There is a small blemish in the rosewood that was repaired at the factory. The repair is visible, but I can't feel it while playing, so I don't care.

This neck exceeded my expectations. I like it a lot.

Thing to complain about here. At least as nice as the neck on my Mexican Strat. Great feel.

Comments about Mighty Mite MM2904 Telecaster Replacement Neck with Rosewood Fingerboard:

OK- quality wasn't really poor. No worse than some Mexican fender necks I've had. biggest issue was having to take a file and dress the edges of most of the frets due to the fingerboard wood shrinking. Getting past that, I installed the neck and the tuners and strings and my guitar played very nicely. I did like the sale price a lot.

Comments about Mighty Mite MM2904 Telecaster Replacement Neck with Rosewood Fingerboard:

This is the second Mighty Mite I have purchased, the other for a strat. This neck is straight and the frets are well finished. The wood is very clear maple and the rosewood fretboard is also very plain. These are not complaints just not much to look at. Installed the neck put on the tuners changed the nut from plastic to tusk and after initial setup of the guitar it was ready to play. Good quality for a fair price, could have spent twice as much for something that had more eye appeal but would not have played any better. The only complaint is the plastic nut and the plastic insert at the tension rod. I made this Telecaster to be a workhorse and it will do all that is required, Seymour Duncan Vintage Stacked PUPS 500k pots, three way switch. Simple, powerful, tele twang from the bridge great tone from the neck pup and a good feeling neck. Time to put this thing to work.

Just a follow up on a previous review I did find out that 10.5 mm conversion bushings are available for the tuner holes if you want to use vintage style tuners. Great neck, well worth the price!

Comments about Mighty Mite MM2904 Telecaster Replacement Neck with Rosewood Fingerboard:

Just wanted to list some follow up info on my last review. The Tuner holes are 10.5mm not 11mm as I previously stated. Conversion bushings are 10.1 mm and sized for a 10mm hole. After searching the internet, I found no one makes 10.5 mm converson bushings. So, if you are using vintage tuners, you will need to epoxy the bushings in. The frets ended up needing to be leveled and dressed as well. Still doesn't change my overall rating of this neck. It is a great neck, but will need some set-up.

Comments about Mighty Mite MM2904 Telecaster Replacement Neck with Rosewood Fingerboard:

Wow! this is the neck profile I have been looking for! I am willing to overlook all of the cons I listed as this is the semi-fat neck profile I have been looking for. Not too fat, not too thin. Nice rosewood board, nice frets,( a bit pokey though) I can overlook the 1-5/8 width at the nut, I can overlook the useless stock nut (I put a Graph-tec on it right away) I can overlook the fact that the tuner holes are 11mm not 10.5 and vintage bushings so far can't be found. The price, quality and feel of this neck is A+ Had I not had the issues I mentioned, this would get a 5 rating for sure! Even though I mentioned a lot of issues, you can't go wrong for the price.

This is a very good neck as a replacement on a Tele that I use. Replaced the stock nut with a Graph Tech Tusq nut. Frets are finished well and wood is exceptional,at this price!I have one on another Tele that I've been using also, for about 4 years now, and is holding up well...
