Comments about Mighty Mite MM2928 Stratocaster Replacement Neck with Maple Fingerboard and Jumbo Frets:

Universal I dry fitted it on several Guitars American and Import and it fit every one, Fender locking tuning keys fit right in with no modifications / The neck has a nice classic feel to it / It may have made this guitar my favorite now out of 14 that I have collected over the years/ The frets were described as Jumbo and they may be on a Fender scale ? They look and feel like the same size medium jumbo frets that are on my Fender Stratocaster But it is not 400.00 either so keep that in mind/ Great Value for the amount of Money !

Comments about Mighty Mite MM2928 Stratocaster Replacement Neck with Maple Fingerboard and Jumbo Frets:

I've been replacing & installing mighty mite replacement necks on my strats for years when after my first experience I determined it was much cheaper than paying a luthier for refret jobs for which I was never ever happy with. Also, it gave me the opportunity to experiment which has proven to be invaluable. I've never had an issue with the frets whether medium jumbo or jumbo other than some of the previous neck frets having some rough edges. This newest neck came with no rough fret edges of which I am extremely pleased. I wasn't sure about an oil based finish - but installed the neck - replaced the existing nut with a tusg nut and it works fine. After adding a Fender spaghetti waterslide, it looks great too.

Comments about Mighty Mite MM2928 Stratocaster Replacement Neck with Maple Fingerboard and Jumbo Frets:

Installed this on my 87 American Standard...replaced another replacement neck that warped. I am more than pleased. Frets are smooth and true. The grain of the maple is gorgeous. My old axe is more comfortable than ever. I'm a fan of jumbo frets which is why I replaced the original neck.

Not a bad spot anywhere on this thing. I've had older MM necks that you could use to cut timber with the rough fret edges, but this one is awesome

I've been wanting to buy one of these for my backup guitar for a while so I finally did. Nice surprise! Neck plays great! Tone is great and jumbo frets make bends sooo easy!Glad I bought it!

Comments about Mighty Mite MM2928 Stratocaster Replacement Neck with Maple Fingerboard and Jumbo Frets:

Installed this on my 88 1962 reissue strat. I wanted jumbo frets and I wanted 22 frets. It was fine out of the box but I went ahead and leveled and crowned the frets and installed a tuscon nut. I liked the fact that the neck was a natural finish. I had my 50th anniversary stat neck scalloped recently and although I like it I like this neck better. The jumbo frets make it play so nice.Try this before you scallop kind of has the same effect without the in tune issues.Makes note bending easier than the medium frets fender puts on. You can buy more expensive necks but with a little tweaking this neck is great for me.

I recently found myself repairing a guitar with a warped neck. I had two options, pay hundreds to get a fender brand neck(only recently made available) or go with this neck. Now with my finished strat I'm so glad I went with this neck. It feels and plays amazing. Only minor adjustment needed to get it on, but keep in mind my project was a fender copy from the 70's, so I'd give it some leeway. Definitely going to be ordering more for my other parts casters very soon. Very satisfied Mighty Mite

I've played my fender strat plus for 23 years and wore my frets down to the nubin. 300 to have it refretted was nuts, so I ordered this neck and just finished putting the guitar together, tuned up and played. It feels like it did 23 years ago! I didn't have to tweak a thing. Once I had the neck set properly, it plays perfect all the way to the last fret. Amazing.
