The entry-level acoustic guitar, redefined.
The Alvarez RD170CE Regent Series acoustic-electric guitar is a serious dreadnought and constructed using many of the same components and techniques used in building higher end instruments. It sounds and plays superbly well and has classic looks. It has a spruce top and rosewood back and sides, classic tone woods that generate a warm and well-balanced tone with great highs and lows. Alvarez made the neck profile on the RD170CE a little finer so its easier to play. Constructed using a dovetail neck joint that optimizes the transfer of energy between the neck and body.
This acoustic-electric guitar has a 3-band SYS250 E.Q. with built in tuner and is equally at home both on and off stage. Also fitted with the Alvarez bi-level bridge to carry more vibration to the top, which improves tone and resonance, meanwhile the PPS saddle and nut improve response and sustain.
Finished using an electrostatic painting process for a more even finish while using less paint in its application. This allows the guitar to sing a little more and it also looks fantastic. Premium die cast tuners deliver tuning stability. Comes with the Alvarez Limited Lifetime Warranty.
