The affordably priced Aria AP-STD-II parlor guitar offers plenty of projection. The AP-STD-II has a slightly longer scale than the Aria AP-DLX and delivers a tight low end with a very chimey top.

Just a great guitar, the work in the rosette and head rock are stunning. Smooth playability, it out ranks my Taylor 214 and I love my Taylors. If you want a parlor for finger picking or strumming buy this!

RUN," DON'T WALK AWAY FROM THESE GUITARS! BUYER BE WARE.
I have a variety of American and foreign made electric and acoustic guitars. I have never been more dissapointed with a guitar out of the box than the AP-STD II. I ordered and sent back two of these ""five star rated most popular"" guitars. They look really nice and the size is appealing", but they are completely unplayable. Both guitars that I received had serious neck issues that go beyond a simple truss rod adjustment. On the second guitar, the sting pegs would not stay in place, regardless of what I did. I e-mailed Aria support and didn't get much satisfaction.

I've played guitar since 1961, Many pro gigs, USO tour, Booking agents. I've got some expensive guitars. This one will amaze you. I adjusted the truss rod 1/4 turn clockwise to bring the strings closer to the fretboard, shaved 1/8" from the saddle bottom,( sandpaper will do it ), added Elixir Phosphorous Bronze medium light acoustic strings, and abalone brass tone pins. It is great. You will not be disappointed I promise, especially for the price. Roger in New Mexico
