Lets start with the good:Looks, well yeah...this guitar looks even better in real life. Finish is very decent, the neck joint is very tight with a very minimal gap between the neck and body.The neck is very similar to the Ibanez wizard necks and is very comfortable.The instrument is well balanced, but due to the body shape will place your right hand in a slightly awkward position when playing sitting down.The bad - Hardware quality (bridge,tuners) is hardly impressive.The casting is rough, and the finish wears off quickly.The factory set up is poor - if you plan on doing any serious playing, whether on stage or in the studio plan on re-stringing and a pro set up as your step one (once you're done drooling over how good the guitar look).Another design boo boo - the recessed cavity below the trem is very shallow and the tuners will scratch the finish if you bend up with the trem.The note so great - pickups. Yes, they are load, but they also sound cheapish and lack "personality".In conclusion - a very cool guitar that is great to play, IS a good value but need some work to be used as a pro instrument.

This guitar is amazing. Its a true shred machine. I saw this and thought it would be cheap, but was greatly suprised. I actually prefer this over my Ibanez RG and Jackson Dinky. The emgs are pretty good too. I would recommend this to any guitarist of any skill level. Just make sure you know how to work a floyd rose! I keep mine in D standard/Drop C and it sounds amazing in it!

It was worth every penny. I bought this guitar in December of 2009 and was expecting a cheap sounding knock-off. Boy, was i wrong. The fireax's 2 humbuckers and single coil pickup layout is genius, giving more tones than you could imagine. With some DR Black Beauties or Red Devils, this guitar will look and sound even better. I swear by this guitar. I use a Fireax, a Fender California cable, and Fender 15 Watt Frontman Amplifier, and it sounds amazing.

I was really shocked when I got this guitar, I was expecting a really cheap quality cheap sounding guitar but still I decided i'd go ahead and get one and man was I surpised! Its got some seriously great tone for playing metal and the single coil in it can handle cleans fantastically. The floyd rose is also surprisingly good quality. Emg designed pickups and a floyd should have at least double what this guitar is worth so for the price it is quite possibloy the best guitar you will find. Go get one!

I bought this guitar awhile back and im still playing my metal music with it! Its not a guitar for rock music or jazz. Its made for metal. Just lower teh action a bit and your good to go. The tremolo itnt the best one around but you can still do what gotta do. I would say buy it because EMG desinged the pickups and there sound very veyr powerfull!!

With a few adjustments (Non financial, just dropping action and raising the pickups slightly) this guitar is a beast. I play Melodic Black/Death Metal and Grunge and this is my personal favorite guitar (have 3 others). It is base heavy so the neck stays at a good position instead of going horizontal like most bad-weighted guitars do. This is amazing. Buy It. Buy It Now

This is a great guitar for the price. It screams rock and is easy to play. The feel is about as good as anything I have played before. The only problem was that the whammy bar was the wrong size and I had to get a new one.

This guitar is a good guitar from a non popular company. It looks great and sounds pretty good for hard rock or metal. The neck is not as slim as some think and to me is actually kinda bulky. Also the fretboard on the guitar that I've played on had a pretty low quality finish. The trem is not much of a problem if you know your way around one. Despite a few flaws this is still a good, but not great guitar.

This Guitar is very easy to play, looks great, and is super light. It stays in tune, so you can really pound on that Floyd Rose Licensed Trem. I run mine through a V-Amp 2, and have never had any problems. The only down side is that it's made in China, so the quality and care in the making of the guitar isn't as good. So you may end up with chips in the finish, heavy scratches, neck probs. etc... Mine did come with a small scratch under the trem. As well as a not so good job on the neck finish. Overall though it sounds good and plays well.

This is an ultra-cool guitar. The neck is super slim and fast, and the true floating tremolo is awesome. Of all three pickups, I have found that the bridge pickup sounds the best. I have played a decent amount of guitars, and nothing sounds like this. The pickups are very crunchy sounding, and this is a lead guitarist's dream as far as I am concerned. I highly recommend this for the money!!
