I've always liked BC Rich for their tone and sustain when compared to other edgy-looking guitars which cost more money and don't even play as well. This is no exception. The neck feels like butter but it's incredibly solid-sounding. The tone through the amp is incredible - you don't need to swap out the pickups on arrival. It's also a neck-thru guitar, which means there isn't any neck heel and the attack and sustain are both outstanding. If that wasn't enough, it's got great looks to boot. You'd have to be absolutely crazy to hate this thing, even if you play a high-end guitar.
I recently tried this guitar in a local guitar store and it was incredible. The fretboard is so smooth to play and the neck is fast. It has great action and great sound. At the store i played it through an Orange tube amp and it sounded incredible. I am going to purchase one soon, I just have to save up a little more.Great guitar.
I played this thing at my favorite shop (the only one I'll go to) and it is really great. It's comfortable and the Rockfields are actually pretty damn good pick ups, so good, you may never replace them. All the features on it are great as well, great construction, good pick ups. Just try it out and decide for yourself but this is an excellent guitar with a very nice tone that can be great for any genre of music.
Bought this guitar a month ago. Absolutely beautiful. Workmanship is flawless. Made in Korea. But,is as nice as any american made guitar I have seen or played.. Rockfield pick ups are high gain. Truly a rockers guitar. No need to swap them out.Generic tuners, but guitar stays in tune just fine. The neck is my favorite feature. A real bargain of a guitar.
