Comments about B.C. Rich Pro X Custom Mockingbird Electric Guitar:

It was a really good surprise to me the outstanding craftsmanship of this guitar.
The neck is awesome, the frets are really good and the product you receive is worth much more than the money you pay for it.

I have a bunch of good guitars and even being this MOCINGBIRD my first BC RICH, it is already one of my favorites.

A GREAT GUITAR AT AN INCREDIBLE PRICE!

Comments about B.C. Rich Pro X Custom Mockingbird Electric Guitar:

Out of the box this guitar was perfect. a week later fret buzz started up. I'm a novice player but I know a bit about guitars and all guitars are capable of developing fret buzz and its not hard to fix that.

I think this is a great gutar for learning because the action is great and bends are easy to have control.(important for learning) On this guitar I can easily bend a half or whole note. some guitars that requires more skill. I totally recommend this guitar

The main point is, it is a very expensive, well made guitar that was on sale for an incredible price....and it was built and made at a high quality....The best thing, it has its own look and never resembles a fender or gibson....So if you like being different and want a beautiful rockin guitar, this is it!!!

Great sound all the way to the last fret. Tested it and it sounds perfect. 100% professional quality. Outstanding guitar for the sale price. The moment it was on sale I grabbed it. It's worth the MSRP and the some.
Definitely compatible with all my Boss and Marshal equipment. It compares to my Strat and Gibson SG. Great addition.

Comments about B.C. Rich Pro X Custom Mockingbird Electric Guitar:

Bought this guitar as a return (the tone knob was broke at the top). I actually lost out on the "Stupid Deal of the Day" for one of these babies but I'm glad I did - could not beat the price! It showed up without a scratch on it, the repair won't be a problem (it functions just fine; play-ability isn't affected) and it was packaged extremely well.

The guitar is a head turner. The gold Floyd Rose lock & tremolo system is amazing and looks epic on the matte black finish. The neck is easily manageable and easy to shred on. The body is light. Got the Mockingbird to replace my '07 Showmaster. It crunches nice, squeals good, great intonation. It's definitely a win in my book

Comments about B.C. Rich Pro X Custom Mockingbird Electric Guitar:

Looking for a metal shredder once again, and stumbled upon Musician's Friend SDOTD BC Rich Pro X Custom Mockingbird. Deal too good to turn down- THANKS MF for a great deal and quick shipping. Awesome as usual.
Guitar arrived quickly and undamaged. Out of the box, she was very pretty! Felt solid...a "real" guitar! And very unique- neither Gibson nor Fender but not overly crazy. Trans red finish is deep and very nice looking. All the trimmings and accessories well dressed. But it arrived absolutely unplayable. The Floyd sat very crooked and strings rested on frets. I woulda been horrified if I weren't capable of getting it playing. Some adjustments got it playable, although I still have a tiny fret ring somewhere. Intonation fell in quite well. Playing? Fretboard feels very solid and even all the way up and down and reminded me of Jackson. Neck is wide-ish and fat-ish. Very comfortable for both chording and shredding You can really shred without being a buckethead finger freak. I was also able to duplicate clean sounds like The Fixx. Pickups have good range and clarity, although not overly "hot". The volume control will tame volume without reducing tone. Tuners (and electronic controls) feel solid and smooth. Floyd stays in tune no matter what.

So that leaves "value". I must admit that I probably would not buy this guitar at the regular cost, although you might find it too perfect for you to worry about that. The SDOFT falls in perfectly with my budget and expectations, leaving room for possible upgrades (pups and Floyd (black would look better) which would make the guitar equal to any USA competition.
