The BR-43 delivers super-traditional sound and feel with a modern look and low price.
Crafted with a solid spruce top, hand-carved braces, mahogany back and sides, and a traditional dovetail neck joint for pure Golden Era tone. It has beautiful pearl inlay work on the headstock. The comfortable 000-sized body and slim mahogany neck make it easy to play.
Contemporary Series Blueridge guitars offer prewar performance with a clean, modern look and style.
If you've been searching for a Golden Era guitar that isn't priced like it's made of gold, then Blueridge guitars are for you. Reminiscent of fine American guitars built prior to WWI, Blueridge guitars are made with the same techniques as their antique counterparts, including many by-hand processes.
Like the best instruments, Blueridge guitars aren't overbuilt; they're crafted to be light and resonant. Meticulous attention to detail and quality craftsmanship is evident in the traditional, forward-position, hand-carved parabolic X-bracing which allows the solid Spruce top to ring loud and true. Blueridge guitars feature a traditional dovetail neck joint, slim mahogany neck, adjustable truss rod, and butterbean-button, Kluson-style tuning machines with an updated mechanism for modern precision and feel.

This guitar has no business sounding this good. I own a Larrivee L-03R which is not a shabby guitar. I picked a few of the BR-43s up and played them. You gotta be kidding me! Great tone up and down the fretboard. How did they do that??? It on my list.
