I purchased the Breedlove Atlas 12 string used from MF. I was concerned about buying a used 12 string online due to the possibility of damage to the neck from a prior owner. When the guitar arrived I was amazed, it is like brand new, couldnt find a single scratch or anything to call it "used". As for the guitar, it is not a very loud guitar but it sounds so good I am not concerned that it is not as loud as my Tacoma Dreadnoughts. The lows are very pleasing, the highs are shimmering, and best of all the mids are not overpowering. Action and playability is INCREDIBLE!! This guitar frets amazingly easy for a 12 string. BUY IT!

Love this guitar! Sounds as good and plays easier than more expensive instruments.Stays in tune even when bringing in and out to and from gigs.I bought the Breedlove hard case to protect it and that was one of my best moves. I never heard of Breedlove before I played this guitar but once I played and heard this instrument I did a lot of research on the company and decided to tell the world about them. The only reason I didn't give this guitar a perfect score is because NOTHING IS PERFECT.

I got this guitar for my wife, I was a little unsure about buying a Breedlove because I didn't know anything about them. But it turned out to be the best buy I ever made. The action couldn't be any better (right ot of the box)you can play this guitar anywhere on the neck with ease, and the sound, well you just have to hear it.I could go and on. Great buy, I recommend it no matter what kind of music you play.

Got this from a Guitar Center in Orlando.  Great set-up out of the box.  Too bad it doesn't come with a case - only a bag.  But, they gave me a credit towards a nice TKL case.  The only reason I didn't give it a 5 on Quality is because it is laminate back and sides.  On almost a thousand dollar guitar, I expected (and the store clerk) said it was solid back and sides. Great action - very easy to play.  On-board tuner make it a snap to sound good.  Overall extremely please with this guitar!  You won't be disappointed.  I am a martin owner and it stood up equally well with Martin 12-strings.  Martin doesn't offer too many 12-strings (esp in this price range).  If you prefer Martins, you will be pleasantly surprised by Breedlove.

This guitar is the one to buy for somebody who wants to expand the sound experience and for active musicians to play long gigs. I was surprised by how playable this guitar is. The neck does not have that typical wide and thick feel as expected for 12 string. Plus action is quite low with no fret buzz. In regards of the sound - it is very clear, brisk and rich. Compared to Gibsons, Martins, and Taylors - I could not hear a signifficant difference. There is no reason to buy these more expensive guitars except a showing of. If you want to have great playing and comfortable 12- string, buy this Breedlove. I am going to put it on my Santa's list this year.
