OVERVIEW

A beautiful nylon-stringed guitar that is highly versatile, comfortable and efficiently designed.

The Breedlove Passport N250/COe acoustic electric guitar is inspired by the Custom Shop N25 shape and voice. With 14 frets to body, the N25 shape is highly versatile, fast playing, comfortable and efficient. This nylon-string guitar has been Breedlove's top selling shape for over 20 years.

The N250/COe adds to the sight and sound of the Passport C250/CM with the alternative wood ovangkol, plus the tone and feel of nylon strings. This stripy-looking wood has a sweet, balanced sound reminiscent of cedar and rosewood and is finished in a silky satin. For plugged-in gigs, the Passport Tuner VTC pickup with backlit chromatic tuner provides easy amplification. Breedlove has also moved the 9V battery to the endpin area. Easy to play, fun to take out.

Includes gig bag.

Comments about Breedlove Passport N250/COe Nylon String Acoustic-Electric Guitar:

I picked this up over the holidays at an unbelievable price!! All I can say is that it far exceeds my expectations! The neck is smooth and easy to play. The tuning pegs are very good quality. The frets are like that of a far more expensive guitar. The onboard tuner is OUTSTANDING. And it even came with quality strings!! This guitar is handcrafted in KOREA and seems to be a hell of a lot better quality than my Cordoba that was made in China!! My first choice is usually USA made guitars, but I am not a primary acoustic guitar player...I just like the sound of a classical for certain parts. I would say if you can score this for around 500, you will not be disappointed!!

Comments about Breedlove Passport N250/COe Nylon String Acoustic-Electric Guitar:

I've owned and played guitars for over 40 years. This guitar is over priced because of the name I suppose. It is made well, plays pretty good, has good tuner, sounds nice through amp but the acoustic tone is very flat and unremarkable. Not worth the cost

Comments about Breedlove Passport N250/COe Nylon String Acoustic-Electric Guitar:

I own about a dozen guitars, and this is by far my favorite. I have a problem with getting nerve pinches on my fretting ring and middle fingers; the combination of Breedlove's neck and the D'Addario heavy tension strings has eliminated that problem. I can play for two or three hours without finger fatigue. The tone is superb. The included gig bag is very nice - padded, 2 pockets, grips galore - but I'd prefer a hard case, and the tech couldn't find one. Not a big loss, though, because I can't keep my hands off the guitar! Superior instrument, good price, great service. This is the best nylon string guitar out there!
