Fine instrument

Comments about Breedlove Stage Dreadnought Acoustic-Electric Guitar:

I have always liked Breedlove guitars after playing one in a store some years ago. I needed a dreadnought that would project more than my other acoustic guitars, so I broke down and bought one. Should have done it a long time ago. Nice balanced tone and beautiful finish and binding. I love that it doesn't have bridge pins and wish other brands would use a similar bridge. The best thing to me is that it has a longer scale than most acoustics. I have long fingers and feel cramped on any instrument with a scale length under 25 inches. I find it much easier to play chords with this neck. My one minor complaint is that the headstock is boring for such a nicely detailed instrument. But that's a pretty small gripe.

Comments about Breedlove Stage Dreadnought Acoustic-Electric Guitar:

I am 50, been playing since a child, owned over 60 guitars, sold, traded, I have owned and or played them all. Breedlove continues to amaze me with thier incredible sound, beautiful inlay work, outstanding quality woods and at reasonable prices. I have played this guitar next to more expensive top end versions only to keep coming back to Breedlove. I have also owned a 12 string and 6 string of another make and each guitar was over 2k. I have since sold them and replaced them with a 12 string and now this Breedlove. Seriously, if you a and b this guitar with the other 4 top names, you may not say " oh the Breedlove is better" but I bet you will say " I cannot tell the difference".
My guitar was set up perfect, the frets were dressed perfect and there is a total balance of high, mid and lows. That is key to me balance. I could have purchased more expensive versions in any of the top names but again this guitar is absolutely stunning to listen and look at and well worth the money invested.
