The ultimate acoustic hybrid guitar with an all rosewood body.
The Cordoba Fusion Pro 14 "Rose" is a cutaway acoustic-electric guitar that features an all rosewood body with a natural finish, mother-of-pearl rosette and purling, and the B-Band A5T pickup system. The Fusion 14 comes equipped with gold tuners with black buttons, Savarez 500CR Cristal Corum normal tension strings, and a Humicase Protégé classical size guitar case.
Cordoba Fusion models are nylon-string guitars for steel-string musicians. They are the first guitars to merge the acoustic bracing and tone of a traditional nylon with the thinner neck and fast action of a steel string. Radiused fretboards and 14 fret neck-to-body construction make these the most comfortable crossover guitars for steel string and electric players. The cutaway body style makes playing on the upper frets a breeze.
The B-Band A5T system features a slider 4-band EQ and volume control, notch filter and frequency rotary controls, phase button, low battery-LED, and full range chromatic tuner. The fully chromatic tuner has an LED strip that shows the note and individual LEDs showing the half step, sharp, flat, and in-tune.

I wrote an earlier review. Too early. I suspected something was wrong initially when the high e kept going out of tune. This was more than just 'new' strings setting in. A few days later I noticed that there was a vibration coming from just below the bridge?this seemed more than fret buzzing (I made no adjustments to the saddle or nut). I'm sending it back and hoping that this is an issue with just this guitar. If I get another ROSE and the same issue happens, I'll put another review in. Looks great, sounded great initially, but thinking there's something coming loose inside that I can't see.
Even though it has nylon strings, it feels like a steel string acoustic. Unplugged, it doesn't have the biggest sound, but it's not quiet, either. In addition, it looks amazing! Very nice finish. The electronics are very good through my Roland Micro Cube amp. The Cordobo Pro Rose is a great instrument!
