Comments about Dean Michael Angelo Batio Speed of Light Electric Guitar:

Great guitar, I've had it for almost a month now and the feel is much better than my old Fender Squier. Compared to my other guitar, this one has a slightly wider neck and the strings are a little more spread apart. The only thing I had to do to it was get it adjusted and everything to my liking. Use the middle pickup to get the clean tone and the other two to get the heavier/crisp tones. I would say this is a great 'shred' guitar but the pickups aren't really suited for different types of clean tones. For me, this guitar had it all and I love it.

Comments about Dean Michael Angelo Batio Speed of Light Electric Guitar:

This is a top quality guitar. EMG pickups offer excellent sustain and are quiet, great for shredding, the Floyd Rose is authentic, not "licensed by", smooth playing neck, similar to my Ibanez S series, maybe a tiny bit thicker. Roll down the volume control and use the middle piclup for clean sounds. Tone control has a nice useable range and very smooth. I love the graphics, my personal taste is not to have my guitar finish look like a wood table, I love artwork. Not sure how they do these finishes but unless you look at it from and inch or two away, it appears to be custom, one of a kind. The neck wood on mine is rosewood, not ebony as stated in the description. No big deal to me as I got a great deal on a "used" one. I swear I could not find anything other than very faint swirl marks on the back, other than that it was NEW! You get worse quality with the floor models at your local music store. Thanks MF!!
