    Dean

Razor-sharp style and unforgettable Dime tone.

The Dean Razorback Cemetery Gates Electric Guitar features a killer, jagged design with an amazing graphic commemorating the epic Pantera song "Cemetery Gates." The set mahogany neck has a rosewood fretboard with a pearl razor-blade inlay at the twelfth fret that evokes Dimebag Darrell's famous necklace. A DiMarzio rhythm pickup and Dimebucker treble pickup unleash vicious tone that's sure to put a smile on any metalhead's face. Finished off with black hardware, Grover tuners, Floyd Rose trem, Dimebag traction knobs, and the Dimebag Tribute crest on the guitar's headstock. Written across the body of the guitar are the words from the chorus: "I will unlock my door, and pass the cemetery gates."

"Cemetery Gates" is a seven-minute song by heavy metal band Pantera. The song is the fifth track from Cowboys from Hell, the band's fifth album and their second with lead singer Phil Anselmo. "Cemetery Gates" showcases Anselmo's vocal ability and range, concluding with screaming high notes answered by Dimebag Darrell on guitar. The lyrics lament the death of a female relative or friend and the prospect of dying or committing suicide and rejoining her in the afterlife. Presumably, the song is fictitious and not based on any real acquaintance of the band.

Comments about Dean Razorback Cemetery Gates Electric Guitar:

I used to play my b.c rich, then one day i stumbled across this guitar. I didn't see a better looking guitar in the market. At first i thought looks can be deceiving, but then i tried it and its a metal machine. And if you want a good clean sound, this also does the job. The clean sound this guitar gives is just amazing.I would recommend buying this awesome guitar, i just wish dimebag himself could play it. R.I.P Dimebag Darrel

    Dime Would Be Proud...

    By AmerikanPitbull

Comments about Dean Razorback Cemetery Gates Electric Guitar:

Even though Dimebag never got to play a Razorback, I'm sure he would have been pleased with their playability, tenacity, and their amazing ability to pick up harmonics all the way down the fretboard. This guitar holds more emotional value to me than the rest of the pack because of it's theme. Deep crunch, ultra-fast neck, and hellraising harmonic squeals give this guitar my 5 stars. Getha Pull! R.I.P. Dime

Comments about Dean Razorback Cemetery Gates Electric Guitar:

I purchased this guitar in October, not sure why it has taken me so long to review it, probably because all of my time has been spent playing it. I love my Jeff Hanneman ESP, but this guitar outplays it for a fraction of the cost! The only, I mean the only thing I would have wanted was an Original Floyd Rose, but it is better than some I have played. If you have the cash, I highly recommend purchasing this guitar. It is well worth the money!!!!

    Metal Machine

Comments about Dean Razorback Cemetery Gates Electric Guitar:

Just got the Dean razorback cemetery gates last week WOW the neck is solid , action is low and plays like a dream. Nice finish, no flaws that I can find, and the dark finish on the hardware just sets it off. I play through a Peavey Valve king head and 4 12 cab and with these pickups i need no stomp box to get those killer harmonic squeals. This is in my opinion the best guitar for hard rock and metal. dean has done it again and it is the reason i will play dean for years to come.
