This guitar is undescribably amazing for it's price. Has great picksups - for heavy overdrive OR clean, INSANELY light body, comfortable body shape, nice slim,smooth neck, just an all around a great guitar. THIS GUITAR IS WORTH IT'S WEIGHT IN GOLD. Not to mention playing normal songs is much more fun when you can add on to them with the extra string. That's always fun.

After a proper setup and a set a heavier gauge strings she plays great. Good guitar for the first time 7-string owner, the tinkerer, and the player that thrashes his guitar at gigs.
Rosewood fretboard on a maple neck bolted to a lightweight basswood body. Pretty bare bones metal guitar. 24 fret, dual humbucker, 1 volume, 1 tone, 3 way toggle. Contoured heel feels nice.
Made in China, so dont expect greatness. Tuners (all but one) turn pretty smooth and stay in tune. Nice pearloid dot inlays instead of white plastic like most "Made in China" guitars (personal pet peeve). Pickups are lackluster, decent highs and muddy lows. Bridge shows signs of sagging and will need to be replaced soon. The black finish is nice, but my guitar has noticeable orange peel around the bridge. Lastly the 13th and 14th frets on the bass side were high, fortunately I know how to fix such things.
