What a guitar!  Two things occurred within a couple of weeks that made me think that I got ripped off.  1)  The strap buttons ripped out while I was playing a show; 2) The ABR bridge was set/staggered such that I couldn't get the intonation set at all.  So I bought/installed a TonePros bridge (nashville style with more saddle adjustability), some Grover strap button replacements...and WOW...this guitar plays and sounds better than my Gibson Les Paul Goldtop!  My favorite guitar!  The tone is simply incredible out of the DP100s - warm, yet provides the bite you need to punch through.  Thanks Ace.

I recently purchased this guitar, and I?m blown away buy it, not only is it in near mint condition (it?s a 2001 model as well) but the actually guitar is out of my price range and looks and sounds even further out! I haven?t put it down since the purchase and am blown away; I would certainly recommend this guitar to anyone from intermediate to professional.

I bought my Ace Frehley Epiphone a couple of years ago. My son has borrowed it when off and on, now 18 years he wants one on his own. It sounds chunky and powerful. The pickups in combination with it's body give it great sustain. We both use it. Good Value and craftsmanship!
