Alright my bud got this guitar and it's ok. Plugged it up to my Fender FM212 (the 100 watt one) and it was sooo distorted not in a good way either. It had huge feedback and my amp was on CLEAN! So I turned the tone and stuff down and put it on more drive and this thing just screamed, also not in a good way. Plus this thing is soooo light that it just falls off real easy. I think if your rich and are starting go for it if your short on money then get a Les Paul way better.
The faded brown EP elitist SG is one good deal not to be passed up. It sounds great and is better made than the Gibson Fadeds in my opinion. It's got binding and trapezoid inlays, not to be found on the Gibson's and it sounds great. Came with an oustanding case. Beautiful purple plush. For this price, it's the best faded deal on the market... GO FOR IT!!!
This sg plays great and sounds better than anything else I have ever played. The finish on the faded cherry is very worn looking and has yellow streaks in the wood to give it more of an aged appearence. The picture on the website doesn't do a whole lot of justice. The rest of the guitar is extremely shiny though and the pickups are perfect for the blues or a little bit of hard rock. Even though the looks aren't quite what I expected, it was still a great buy.
I got this guitar and its all I hoped for and more. It sounds and plays amaising, I couldnt be happier. If you want BANG for your buck get this guitar.
