40 years playing guitar in club bands and party bands. I've owned tons of guitars over the years including 3 different classical guitars. I played every classical in a local music store. I avoided playing the epiphone until last. I was blown away by the acoustic sound and the pickup. I bought it on the spot. I just wish I had 2!
If you were just going to hang a guitar on the wall to look at this one would do fine. Very nice woods and finish. Just a gorgeous guitar. However, mine came with a terrible setup and plastic saddle and cheap gold-plated tuners. Because the action was off at the saddle, the intonation above the 7th fret went from bad to god awful. Also, this beautiful guitar came without so much as a gig bag. So, factoring in that you have to have it setup and get a bag/case for it you'll end up spending much more. Just not worth it for a Chinese made guitar. I sent this one back in favor of a La Patrie.
