Comments about Epiphone Zakk Wylde Bullseye Les Paul Custom Plus Electric Guitar:

What an amazing guitar. I own a gibson les paul and just recently purchased this one and for an epiphone all i can say is wow. Owned some in the past and must so epiphone has improved there quality. This guitar has so much sustain, neck feels great, amazing clean tone, action is perfect, and artificial harmonics are effortless. Worth the buy and for the more affordable price you cant beat this version of zakk wyldes custom bullseye.

Comments about Epiphone Zakk Wylde Bullseye Les Paul Custom Plus Electric Guitar:

Got this guitar in summer 2011, mine is a 08 Les Paul so it was the previous version of this with EMG Hz (passive pickups). I have to say that it has an amazing tone, stays in tune and it's very comfortable to play. The problem is the hardware quality. My golden bridge has lost its color, and the electronics are not the best. I would recommend to change all the electronics (cables and stuff). Other than that it's a great guitar. If you like Zakk Wyle it's perfect for you.

This is a great guitar and has loads of tone- this is my second lp with the emg 81/85 set up- my first was a lp studio I had the active pickups put in and now I won't buy a guitar without them unless it makes sense to swap em out- I love the slick neck and the body of the custom is fuller than the studio that I had before - you can't go wrong with an lp

Comments about Epiphone Zakk Wylde Bullseye Les Paul Custom Plus Electric Guitar:

I bought this guitar about a year ago, and I really liked it from the start. I purchased it from a local music store after playing it for a while through a Fender Super Sonic 212 combo. I was immediately impressed with the chunky, solid and focused sound. Clean was very good, very intense - I had to adjust the volume and tone knobs to tame it a little, and it sounded fine. Cranking up the gain was a lot of fun - serious amounts of overtones and harmonics present. Pinch harmonics were effortless (as they should be on a guitar with Zakk's name on it.) I covered classic rock to new metal tones with ease.

It looks as good as it sounds too. The fit and finish is very, very good. The only beef I have is where the unfinished neck meets the body and the headstock- the transition is a little "awkward". I think it could have been done better.

It needed a setup, and this was handled by the store's in-house tech while I watched. Excellent action, intonation and tuning stability. As good or better that any other guitar I own.

My 13 year old son has made this his main guitar. He loves Zakk, and immediately took to it. I had it set up for him with 13 gauge strings so he could play it tuned really low. It sounds great set up like this too - very tight tone and plenty of gut-rumbling bass when played through our XXX half stack.

All in all, I would certainly buy this guitar again, and recommend it to anyone looking for a really well built and versatile axe.

I promote Epiphone to anyone who will listen - they make fine instruments that stand on their own merits. I am proud to have the Epi's in my collection.

Comments about Epiphone Zakk Wylde Bullseye Les Paul Custom Plus Electric Guitar:

As a BLS and Ozzy fan, I have really grown into enjoying the Zakk Wylde style of playing. This guitar has it all from the finish to the active pups. It is the closest I will probably ever get to the Gibson version just for the simple fact that the active EMG's were put in standars this time instead of the EMGHZ's that used to be stock in the ZW models. The only thing that I would say bad about this is the slight fret buzz right of the bat, but I can get that taken cared off without worrying about it. If you are a ZW fan from Ozzy days or from BLS time or both....take a chance on this and own a real good replica of what Zakk plays, you won't regret it.....I didn't

Comments about Epiphone Zakk Wylde Bullseye Les Paul Custom Plus Electric Guitar:

This guitar has everything I was looking for in my price range. It comes with the same EMG's that Zakk has on his Gibson LP Custom, grover tuners and an ultra fast neck. Alot of people might think this is a one trick pony, but this mighty axe can handle rock, metal, and blues. It's very comfortable to play and the neck is amazing, better then the neck on my Ibanez PR1660. The only thing that I could complain about is that the paint near the neck bled a little and doesn't look good. Also, the binding bubbled a little, but other than that, I really recommend this guitar for anyone looking to upgrade.

If u wanna be a berzeker, but can't afford a Gibson one, this guitar is for you, bro!
Well... Whar can I say? Epiphone did a great job putting the real Active EMG on the Zakk Wylde Custom.
Its awsome! Great finish, great sound.
Those EMG make it scream very loud.
I strongly recomend purchasing the hard case too.
In fact, by this price, the hard case should be inclued.
                Great paiting finish.
The hardware is really nice too.
For the Active EMG PU's, worth. But would be better if the hardcase was inclued.
