A great instrument for beginning electric guitar players.

Even if you're just getting started on guitar, there's no reason that you can't get into the ESP family right away with the EC-10. The EC-10 has a smooth, comfortable, thin U-shaped maple neck that will make it easier to get around to chords and scales all over the fingerboard with 24 extra-jumbo frets. It has a well-balanced and contoured basswood body that's good for playing while seated or standing.

When you're ready to rock, the EC-10's ESP Designed LH-100 pickups are great for any genre of music you like to play. It also includes a gig bag case, making it easier to get to lessons and friend's houses. For learning, jamming, songwriting and more, the EC-10 is a terrific choice that you can afford today.

Comments about ESP LTD EC-10 Electric Guitar with Gig Bag:

Aside from the guitar looking halfway decent I feel like this guitar can only be used as a decoration...I feel like Musician's Friend robbed me. Upon opening the box the guitar came in I immediately spotted gouges on the fret board from frets nine through frets fourteen. The neck is twisted making it next to impossible to play. The Musician's Friend ad online stated the frets were extra-jumbo...they are not even close to that. They are low and thin and all sit on the neck differently. I took the guitar to Guitar Center to see if they could shed some light on the guitars flaws. The tech there stated that sometimes a bad piece of wood is used for a guitar's neck and that that was the case with mine. I was then told by the tech at GC that it was irreparable and because of the instrument's very poor craftsmanship it would not be worth spending any further time or money on it. Sincerely, Jacked in NYC.

Comments about ESP LTD EC-10 Electric Guitar with Gig Bag:

I bought this after reading all the reveiws. I have owned numerous ESP guitars. I loved the look of this guitar. And the price is right. It sounds really good and plays very well right out of the box. But the problems lies in the tuning ... No matter what strings you put on it this will not stay tuned. Im not sure what strings came on it but they did not stay tuned soI put DR strings on it. Stretched them and played them for an hour. Wont stay in tune. Then I tried SIT strings, which are my go to string. Out of tune halfway through every song. So beware of this good looking out of tune axe.

Saw it, wanted it, bought it, playing it.
