The ESP LTD SC-608B Stephen Carpenter Signature Series model is an 8-string baritone electric guitar that features a sleek, carved top solid alder body and maple neck-thru construction. Neck-thru construction ensures incredible strength and sustain from this throaty-voiced baritone monster. In addition to the sustain-rich mahogany and bright maple tonewoods, this ESP baritone guitar is packing two hot EMG-808 active pickups, the 8-string version of the EMG-85.
A super solid Hipshot fixed bridge keeps everything aligned and makes the most of your string vibration for great sustain. The SC-608B neck features a fast U-shaped profile and an rosewood fingerboard with 24 extra jumbo frets, perfect for high-speed shredding. ESP locking tuners keep you spot-on tune, and black hardware completes the sinister look.
Lead guitarist Stephen Carpenter and the Deftones have been turning the metal world on its ear since the late 80s, and they're still going strong.
