Guitar or time machine?
Built by master luthier Greg Fessler, the Fender 1950' Double Bound Telecaster NOS Shoreline Gold Electric Guitar features Fender's "New Old Stock" treatment: built (from original tooling) as if bought new in its respective model year and just found today. From James Burton to the Beatles, the Fender telecaster was at the heart of popular music. This is the answer to the guitar you wish you'd bought or wish you'd never sold.
The '50s Telecaster features a double bound ash body, a 1952 U-shape maple neck and fingerboard, vintage fretwire, bone nut, 2 P90 original spec pickups, vintage hardware and a single-ply pickguard. It's all here: the bell-like lead tones, the awesome rhythm jangle, the classic look and feel.
