A great acoustic-electric Fender dreadnought for a great price.
The Fender DG220SCE acoustic electric guitar has 20 frets, 25.3" scale, nato neck, with a rosewood fingerboard and bridge, and a compensated saddle. The finish is natural gloss polyurethane. The body starts with a Fender dreadnought style for full, balanced tone. It features X-bracing, dot position inlays, and a Gold silkscreened Fender logo.
The guitar plays with a very bright and full tone, with clear notes. Thanks to the on-board electronics in the Fishman Aero pickup and active preamp, this Fender acoustic guitar can perform live gigs with ease. The durability of the body woods, matched with Fender's craftsmanship, has made a rugged and durable guitar for a great price, and out of the box is ready to take to the stage.

This is a really great guitar, it looks really good and sounds amazing pluged in or not. Have played many guitars, martins, taylors, gibsons, and none can even compare to this one. The price of this guitar is a steal, would have paid more than double for this guitar. Unbelievable guitar for an unbelievable price.......you wont regret buying it.

I've been a Fender electric guitar fan for years, but I have never found a Fender acoustic that I loved the tone of. They always sounded dead and muffled. That, plus the construction usually left something to be desired. Well, I went looking for a lower priced acoustic/electric, and the salesman pointed me towards a couple of Fenders. I was doubtful, but tried them both. I was very surprised by the construction, tone, and playability of these guitars! The DG200SCE is a great guitar! Nothing from Washburn, Yamaha, or Ibanez even compared in the same price range. Very nice!
Satin finished neck, binding, great preamp/tuner, fantastic playability. Nice inlay work, and I really like the gold hardware.
For the money, this is a very solid guitar. Very stable tuning, even came with an extra bridge saddle and bridge pin. Just a nice added touch.
Great tone, great looks, even coated strings. Great deal on this guitar!

I just brought home a Fender DG200SCE and what a beauty. I played Martins and Washburns and Taylors and Ibanez but this one really caught my ear at guitar center in Reno, Nv. I have several guitars but this is my favorite, the tone is amazing, plugged and unplugged. I have been playing guitar for 40 years and this hands down is one of the finest sounding axes ever!! The price was unbelievable. If you play this axe you will know what I mean.Clean,crisp, strings have great action, close to frets, and just a beautiful guitar. I played about a dozen axes and knew this was my choice. This guitar could easily fetch 3 to 4 times the price. What an excellent value. Rob Roy
