Need an extra "cheapie" guitar to keep at my office for moments of inspiration or if a quickie songwriting project comes up. Found this practically new Fender acoustic for less than $60 bucks, Looks great, sounds great, good feel. Got way more than I expected. Thrilled with this purchase. One of my best music finds ever.

It's made in [*], so not the best construction but if Fender is willing to put its name on it then it should be able to at least keep up with a First Act guitar you can get at Toys R Us or Target etc. Change out the strings ASAP and you'll be much happier.Out of the box, it plays like any other student model. It's comfortable, light, good action height on mine. There's spots where the finish wasn't applied fully (small areas, about the size of a thumbtack hole) and the tuners feel cheap. Glue spots everywhere, and the frets aren't dressed so you'll have to wear the sharpness down over extensive playing. Not bad projection for the budget materials used, it's definitely a grab 'n go beater guitar so it does have its uses --- for me, it's something to keep in the living room and play whenever the urge hits. More seasoned players will pass this one up, but as I haven't played on a regular basis in over 4 years, I figure this guitar will make me work to get those chops back. Remember, it's the poor artist that blames his tools!

I am a disabled veteran and money doesn't come easy. So when I saw this acoustic at this price, plus a good dicount and free shipping. You can't beat this anywhere else. I've buying Musician's Friend back in the day of the mail-order catalog while stationed overseas. MF has never disappointed.

Right away I played the guitar and the sound was great. I love the action of this guitar sound...it does wonders. The strings are not so tight like most acoustics...very easy to play bar chords.

I am just now learning guitar, within the first week of learning cords I am able to play three songs. I purchased this guitar for 74.99 and I MADE A GREAT DECISION. I LOVE IT!!!!! I HAVE ONLY BEEN PLAYING FOR A WEEK, I have been broke and unable to purchase a guitar all summer, so during the summer I learned chords, and played the guitar app on my phone. Now that I have a guitar I am sooooooo happy. It erases my sorrows on a bad day. But anyway I am loving it so far. I had to get the first E string changed because the original one rusted, but the local guitar store changed it out for free. They know me from coming in everyday this summer "testing" the guitars. XD im too happy!!! yayyyyyyy
