The Fender FA-130 acoustic-electric guitar pack has everything you need for learning to play guitar. The pack includes a Fender concert-style acoustic-electric 6-string guitar, a practice amp, guitar cable, guitar strap, instructional DVD, truss rod key, an extra pair of strings, string winder, 3 guitar picks, and a gig bag.
The FA-130 Guitar:
The guitar is built on the concert-style platform for a sleek, modern design. The laminated spruce top features X-bracing for bright, punchy tone, ideal for lead guitar. The neck is nato, and the back and sides are laminated basswood—both tone woods known for letting the mid and high frequencies sing out. Thanks to the basswood, the instrument is very light, avoiding strain to your neck or back during prolonged playing. The chrome tuners offer precision tuning. The guitar also features an impressive electronics system, featuring the Fishman ION-T preamp and built-in chromatic tuner, which provides lightning-fast tuning and amplification. The preamp features a volume dial, phase and contour buttons, and a tuner power button. The guitar is fashioned with a black-gloss polyurethane finish, aged fretboard and body bindings, and a white concentric ring rosette offers a striking contrast, and an appearance as beautiful as its sound.
The Fender SA-10 Amp:

I was looking for a starter guitar for my daughter and I couldn't believe I could get an acoustic/electric FENDER with a FENDER amp with all the extras for such a great price.
I was really worried the guitar would be broken into a million pieces having it shipped, but it came through without a scratch.

undecided i will amend this after i get the rest of the order tomorrow
I recieved my Korg tuner today since i find built in tuners unreliable, this KorgCA-40 is maybe one of the best i ever saw, the guitar i bought because of the name and it is due tomorrow, but i am nervous after reading the reviewc like strings to hight off the fret board and wires lose inside where amp goe.s i will find out tomorrow and folow up on this review, i have been playing for 30 years and if i have a problem it willbe exchanged over all though fender is one of my favorite guitars and even made in china are some fine axe's

Well, let me start by tho pros:Amplifier:-Nice vintage style, loud still small amplifier.Guitar:-It's acoustic-electric with a built-in tuner-The tuning machines are very good-Looks really nice-It's a FenderNow the cons:Guitar:-Very poor quality control: mine came with the nut misplaced (so much that the first string would get out of the arm very easily and when playing, lets say, the A chord, my fingers would touch)-Cheap plastic saddle, nut and end pins-The built-in tuner is not very accurate-My pick-up had trouble picking up the first 3 strings-High action (for me)-MADE IN CHINA (seriously)-Cable that came did not workOther thoughts:It's a smaller than standard guitar.If you get this pack, you want to have your guitar done by a good luthier in your city and buy a better case. Here in NYC it would cost me around 100-125 bucks, so I decided to return and get a better guitar.

The fit and finish on this guitar is excellent; however, mine came with the wires inside dangling down because the clip is a stick on type. Just press it back on something inside to keep the wires away, but some hot glue would have held things together better. Also, my DVD had a little glitch on the tuning section. It took me back to the menu after the first introduction, but if you press skip or search you will find the tuning section. That is not the guitar's fault. The guitar itself is well made, but is made in China as just about all entry level guitars are nowadays.

This Fender FA-130 Guitar is a great guitar. It has a nice clean crisp tone and it plays very smoothly. I would recomend this guitar to any body that is looking for a great guitar. It is very well worth the money. It is just a plain out awsome guitar.
