My Gorgeous Beauty

I came across this guitar just looking around one day. it was the most amazing thing i had ever seen. everyone in the store seemed to want it so i played, loved it, and bought it on the spot. the pickups are perfectly silent and has the great tone i want. it pulls off a very good Santana, Page, Clapton, or whatever you got. this is a guitar worth way more than its price tag. if you get a chance to play it I'm sure you'll fall in love with it too. great guitar, I'd recommend it to anyone. it's everything a Strat should be and then some.

Flashy, but it packs the power of a beaten Strat

This is a beautiful guitar! It has gold hardware, pearloid pickguard, and a darkened rosewood fretboard with medium jumbo frets. It has the same specs as the Deluxe Players, but it's an alder body instead of an ash, and it's missing that mini-switch that activates the bridge pickup while on the neck (a stupid move to not include that on this model) It's equipped with Vintage Noiseless pickups, not Samarium Cobalt Noiseless. So it has a rather clearer and bell-like tone that some players will find a bit a weak. It still has a powerful punch when distorted, but it's no where near Tex-Mex's or SCN's. It's a great blues and classic rock guitar. Replicates Clapton sounds, Eric Johnson, David Gilmour, etc, but this guitar is not made for metal. It comes with a vintage 6-screw bridge, and vintage tuning keys. The tuning keys are more stable that normal standard ping ones. Alder body gives it a strong and sharp bite and it's pretty lightweight. Smooth and fast neck with a smooth and fast fretboard. It has the spaghetti Fender logo. Overall, great guitar for it's price, it's a lot better than Standard strats feelwise, and tonewise. Excellent guitar overall.

Sounds as good as it looks!

I'm not really a guitar player; I just play at it for my own enjoyment. I bought this Fender FSR for two reasons: 1) Looks and 2) Price. I received it yesterday and after I got through admiring I plugged it in and WOW! It even makes me sound like a passable player. I would, and have recommended this to anyone; I don't think it can be beat for the price.

Punch-you-in-the-Face tone

By Erick Adamson

I ordered the Fender FSR Deluxe Stratocaster and flew to California to pick it up, since it didn't ship to Canada. I'm Proud to own 1 of only 250 of these beautiful looking and even better sounding guitars. When i first plugged it in to my Marshall JCM-900 Half-stack and played the first note, I just about had to take a seat. The notes were so powerful, i felt like i was being hit in the face, but in the best way possible. The noiseless pickups have the most amazing attack, and so very clean. Even with thick distortion, the guitar sounds crunchy at the most. I won't need another guitar for a very long time. Thanks, Fender

I own 3 strats & like the others played great right out of the box. Besides being gorgeous, the scn pickups make it one of the best values around.Like falling in love all over!
