Comments about Fender Paramount Series PM-3 Deluxe Cutaway Triple-0 Acoustic-Electric Guitar:

Finding a nice quality built guitar, sounds great, at a reasonable price is like searching for a needle in a haystack. I've been searching and researching for a nice cutaway. Bought a Taylor and return. It sounded nice but the build quality left much to desired. This Fender PM-3 Delux at this price range is a fantastic buy.
I just got mine and wow... love at first site. It sounds warm and clear with good resonance. Beautiful looking wood and nice even gloss. Custom inlay and a nice case. My search is over... wish I can buy the starburst color as well or other paramount models. Go pickup one...Good luck!

Comments about Fender Paramount Series PM-3 Deluxe Cutaway Triple-0 Acoustic-Electric Guitar:

Well after playing her all day I'm really amazed at the quality. Better sustain than my Gibson and Martin OM. Action was a tad high for my liking but easily corrected. Apparently it was NOS having a build date of Jan 2016. Fender not producing sunburst any longer so hopefully will be collectible over time but this one would be difficult to part with mind you. Color me QUITE IMPRESSED!!!

Comments about Fender Paramount Series PM-3 Deluxe Cutaway Triple-0 Acoustic-Electric Guitar:

Got this to be more comfortable transition from my electric guitars. Former acoustic a Seagull, with a wide fret board. Sounds real good plugged in, not plugged in, I wish it were louder. When a lowered the bridge if found the bridge sits on a wire, part of the electronics. The tone snob in me doesn't love this set up, but it sound really good plugged in to my P.A. By the way, don't expect a well traveled guitar to have a perfect set up, I feel this is not a reasonable expectation. Learn how to set up your guitars and quit winning about it. This guitar is made out really great materials, for the price point. Yes, it doesn't sound as good as a $3000 Taylor or Martin acoustically. I think, it may be the best guitar for the money. If you play acoustics, don't rule it out because it's a Fender. It plays great. I was blown away how good it sounds when I got new strings on it.

Comments about Fender Paramount Series PM-3 Deluxe Cutaway Triple-0 Acoustic-Electric Guitar:

Martin J40 (2), Gibson slop shoulder dread, Open headstock parlors-12f and 14f, T5 owners etc.
This guitar HONESTLY fits right in to the stable. I am totally serious and I do not write reviews ever.
Gorgeous to look at as well as play with a rich smooth silky sound that was set absolutely correctly out of the box...who would guess this? Tuner is slightly awkward positioning, but stays in tune better than most of the others hanging around the house.
Highly, highly recommended to all players. If Fender had started this many years ago, we would have a far, far better editorial story on them 30 years later.
          Watch the videos....they weren't kidding.

Comments about Fender Paramount Series PM-3 Deluxe Cutaway Triple-0 Acoustic-Electric Guitar:

I ordered this on a whim - I'd been looking for a non-dread acoustic with a pickup and had decided on an orchestra body style.

First, this guitar is beautiful and the construction is absolutely flawless. Not a thing wrong that I could find. Next, my main concern with finding a new acoustic guitar was the neck profile. This Paramount has a nice, semi-chunky C shape. So many acoustics these days use thin necks (back to front) which I really don't like. I played every guitar in a local shop a few weeks back and there was ONE which I liked - the rest the necks were too small.

This guitar sounds amazing and plays wonderfully. It projects with good volume and doesn't really compress. No, it's not as loud as a dreadnaught, but it's got plenty of volume, and the sound is balanced across all the strings. It's plenty warm with good sparkle in the high end. It doesn't sound scooped or overly mid-rangy. Pretty much spot on.

MF doesn't set guitars up before they send them to you, so the action is a tad high at the nut & saddle - which is common in how acoustics are shipped from overseas. I may have it lowered a bit, but frankly it plays wonderfully, even if it's slightly higher than I like higher up the neck.

The case is really nice & sturdy and fits well. It comes with a humidifier, too, which is a nice touch.

I love this guitar. I've been playing a long, long time. I didn't want a fragile, expensive guitar to bring to gigs. I've got friends who play out with $5k guitars and run into problems - not to mention worrying about theft. This Paramount feels really sturdy, stays in tune, sounds AMAZING (the pickup sounds fine) and is just a blast to play. My only gripe: I'm not crazy about the built in tuner. It's OK, but doesn't seem as accurate as my Planet Waves sound hole tuner.

Comments about Fender Paramount Series PM-3 Deluxe Cutaway Triple-0 Acoustic-Electric Guitar:

It sounds and plays great. No adjustments needed. I bought this one for my brother (he's a drummer) hoping he will play guitar more plus it will be at his home when I visit. This is the second one I purchased. I know looks don't make a guitar play or sound better, but this is a very pretty guitar. I bought a second one so that should tell you what I think of the guitar. Man, it's fun to play!!!
